Wilford View is a luxury, modern apartment with 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private balcony located within a quiet executive development with free private parking on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.
The apartment consists of a bright, modern open plan living and dining area with French doors that open on to a private balcony affording views across lovely communal grounds within this executive development; the perfect spot to enjoy a warm summer evening with a glass of wine or a morning coffee.
The apartment is ideally located for business and leisure visitors to the bustling city of Nottingham. Situated less than 10 minutes drive to Nottingham City Centre with immediate access to local transport links including the Nottingham tram network meaning that you are only ever a short hop from the year-round events and attractions that Nottingham has to offer.
The apartment has a secure door entry system and a private allocated parking space as well as ample free parking within the development.
The living and dining area includes a large dining table and a wall-mounted 42-inch HD Smart TV. The generous modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances that include a large fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob and washing machine.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beautiful master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a 32-inch HD Smart TV and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom is a luxurious modern space with a bath and a shower.
