THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the north suburbs of Athens, in the area of Marousi (3 min walk from the train station), the property is located at walking distance from the headquarters of most of the corporations based in the area. In recent years it attracts more and more large Greek and multinational companies and has become a major business hub assembly. Marousi is approximately 29km away from Athens Airport and 12km from the historical center of Athens.
GETTING AROUND
The train is the most convenient mean of transit for the location. Marousi train station is only 3 min. walk(270 m) from where you can approach the city center is around 35 min. Buses are easily accessible from the location within 3 min. walk.
