Come and enjoy the varied and bright landscapes of the Ile d'Oléron where the colors are different according to the seasons.
Staying in a completely renovated farm house in the heart of St Georges, one of the oldest villages on the island of Oléron.
You will have the advantage of being close to shops (300 m from the center with all shops) while enjoying a house set back from the road with a totally fenced area of 100 m² (terrace, gravel and grass) as well as a grass area.
You have nearby the start of the cycle paths as well as the pres valets leisure area: a 14-hectare leisure park with a large skate park, a city, a zip line, a fitness trail, children's playground table tennis table and an electric boat rental, pedal boat, an inflatable games restaurant in season.
You can also take advantage of the board games available and (if you wish) enhance your evenings with the possibility of renting wooden games such as Dutch billiards, carrom, old chip game, Japanese billiards, air hockey, flip kick, bamboleo.; etc.

The house does not have an internet connection.
The house offers a surface area of 72 m2 with one floor.
On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen of 14 m2 fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, senseo, fridge/freezer) with an opening onto a living/dining room of 23 m2. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
The toilets are independent.
Upstairs, there are the 2 bedrooms (each with a 140 bed) as well as a sleeping area on the landing with a bunk bed (with a curtain blocking the light)
In front of the house is a wooden terrace of 8m by 3m with all the necessary equipment to spend convivial and relaxing moments: garden furniture for 6 people, parasol, barbecue, 4 deckchairs.
The space of about 100 m2 is totally fenced by ganivelle allowing a secure space (grass, wooden terrace, pebble)
A bicycle garage of about 9 m² will allow you to store, bike, paddle, canoe or various beach belongings...
The house is surrounded by a garden of 250 m2 but not totally fenced (the access by the cul-de-sac is not fenced). The grass land on the other side of the path goes with the house.
At 3 km, you can access the fine sandy beach which offers a view of Fort Boyard, the Ile de Ré and its bridge, and the port of La Rochelle.
You can also walk among the pleasure boats at the port of Douhet. You will also be close to the pres valet: a leisure park where mixes, a fishing pond, playground, picnic area, fitness trail, skate park, pedal kart rental, small boats, bowling green, city, inflatable games (in summer)
You have the possibility to book 1 or more wooden games to liven up your evenings with friends or family (carrom, air hockey, Japanese billiards, Dutch billiards, mini bowling, giant mikado, chip game) depending on their availability


In addition, the tourist tax will be paid, it is set by the municipality and is 1 euro 65 per night per adult.
