Beverley -Ffrith Beach Prestatyn N Wales bungalow near golden beach with Hot Tub

Beverley is a detached bungalow which has been totally refurbished and renewed to a very high standard in 2020.

The property now boasts 2 bedrooms with quality double beds and wardrobe, the bathroom features a walk in power shower and toilet and sink, the kitchen has a electric oven and hob, a fridge freezer a dishwasher, microwave and a gas boiler to power the heating and water.

Please note There is no washing machine fitted.

The lounge has a smart TV with 2 two seater sofas, the kitchen area has a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's

Outside the property has a drive for you to park safely, the rear garden is very big 60 foot long and 30 foot wide totally enclosed and dog secure .
There is a large 16 foot summer house which has a hot tub for 4 persons inside with a seating area. The garden is south facing and very private and a real sun trap.

Dogs are welcome without extra charge and the garden is totally enclosed and secure for your dog without any worry. The beach which is a 5- 10 min walk away is also dog friendly all year.

The location is very close to Frith Beach which is one of the best and cleanest beaches in the UK.

A few of minutes walk away is a Sizzler pub eatery, a fab chip shop, a indian chinese takeaway, a general store and a bargain booze.
Close by is The North wales indoor bowling centre and The Frith entertainment complex.

Prestatyn town which is about a mile away boasts a brand new shopping retail park with a thriving high street with numerous pubs and eaterys.

Prestatyn is at the start of The Clwydian range of mountains which provide a large number of attractions to enjoy and a short drive from the victorian resort of Llandudno and Snowdon mountain range a little further down the coast

A short break near Ffrith beach

The property was well presented and suited our needs. The garden is perfect for dogs. The hot tub was excellent. We had a lovely short break.

Wonderful accomodation

Absolutely everything you needed was provided in this property,we wanted for nothing .The neighbourhood was very quiet which was really nice as we live in a big city.The property was immaculatle and was very comfortable Hot tub was wonderfully relaxing . Fantastic cottage, great location

Absolutely loved our new year break at this property. It was beautifully and simply furnished with all your home comforts. It was very warm and comfortable. The added bonus was the hot tub which my daughter and myself used. Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

My experience of Prestatyn

Couldn’t fault the house. We had everything that we could possibly need. Unfortunately the weather was pretty dismal so trips to the beach were cold, wet and very windy. The hot tub was great however. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

Small bungalow

The bungalow was quite small for the 4 of us and our dog. Short walk to Prestatyn which was nice. The bedroom could do with having 2 single beds, otherwise a good relaxing stay.

Lovely place to stay

Nice clean and modern bungalow, pretty small but ok for just the two of us. Area is ok, and just a short walk to the beach and town centre. Hot tub was very nice, and the main reason we booked this property.

Perfect break

Couldn't have asked for a better week away, we stayed here 18th-23rd july. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and pictures do not do this property justice it was a lovely little home and the garden was private with high fences and we loved all of the facilities! Would definitely recommend and return again!

Nice little find!

Good location, away from the hussle and bussle of Prestatyn and Rhyl but still walking distance. A well maintained property, hot tub was amazing, garden a sun trap and good size garden for a family of 4 with 2 dogs. Only one suggestion would be to make the 2nd bedroom a twin as siblings don't always want to sleep in a double but flipside is we now have 2 growing boys who want their own space so lesson learnt here rather than with the property. Overall a great 7 night break, stayed local but travelled to llandudno and zip world fforest which we all enjoyed. Essentials on arrival were a lovely gesture not just for humans as Skittles and Frank soon found the hidden chews in the garden. Thank you Mike and Marianne 😊

Fantastic House and Holiday!

The house is modern decorated yet homely at the same time. It was very clean, all sheets smelt fresh and appeared pristine. It was lovely that Marianne left milk and other essentials teabags etc which meant we could settle in and unpack before we had to go shopping. Everything that was needed for cooking was there and overall a lovely stay. Very reasonable for the price and the hot tub is a lovely touch !

Very comfortable and great communication

The property is well-situated, very clean and comfortable- we stayed in December as we are between sale and purchase of a house. It was lovely and welcoming to see a Christmas tree had been put up for us and the house is warm with enough space for the three of us. Our daughter loved soaking in the hot tub. It’s one of the few places we found where pets are welcome and is an excellent choice for a dog, with an enclosed garden. Messages were promptly answered. Good WiFi and a smart TV too. Thoroughly recommend this lovely bungalow.

Great little Bungalow

This property is recently renovated, so all good. Beds are a bit soft, but the whole place was lovely. Good for a few days as no washing machine. Just minor details that beed adding. Good roasting dishes, large salad bowl, draining board for washed dishes. As the property feels newly done i am sure these will be added. Big back garden with apple and pear trees. Shed could be accessible to keep rattan cushions in. great spot for getting around the area. Had a great 5 days here. Owners done a great hob of doung this property up. Kitchen lovely and big shower.
