Dovecote Cottage is a romantic all-ground-floor cottage resting in Cloughton in the North York Moors National Park. There is one double bedroom in the property served by a shower room, sleeping a total of two guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a sofa bed and a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a private garden with lawn and gravelled area with furniture. Dovecote Cottage is the perfect choice for your couple's retreat to North Yorkshire. Note: The owner hosts a 3-day Charity Festival every August Bank Holiday in the neighbouring field.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Cloughton is a charming little village resting on the fringes of the North York Moors National Park, in easy reach of the traditional seaside town of Scarborough. The village hosts a farm shop and a selection of pubs, as well as being in close proximity to the Cinder Track, perfect for avid walkers, cyclists and horse riders. With access to Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby, while providing an ideal base for exploring the National Park, Cloughton makes a wonderful choice at any time of the year.
