DESCRIPTION:
Charming apartment ideal for couples or small families located in the iconic district of L'Eixample in Barcelona, a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia. The apartment has two independent bedrooms and a full bathroom. The social area integrates the TV room, dining room and an open kitchen with access to an interior balcony. Carefully decorated and equipped, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people.

Located in the emblematic district of L'Eixample in Barcelona, the apartment is a few steps away from Av. Gaudí, a semi-pedestrian promenade connecting the modernist enclosure of the Sant Pau Hospital with Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece: The Sagrada Familia. In addition to being a unique architectural landmark, the Eixample district is well recognized by its diverse gastronomic scene, nightlife, and numerous boutiques that makes it one of the most attractive locations in Barcelona.
The apartment is perfectly connected by metro and bus with all points of interest in Barcelona. The closest metro stop is 'Dos de Maig' (Blue Line - L5) that will take you to Paseo de Gracia in just 3 stops (7 minutes).
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Local laws require us to request legal identification/passports from all our guests, both adults and children.At least one guest responsible for booking and staying at the property must be over 21 years old.
GUEST ACCESS:
Regular check-in hours: 15h - 21h.
Late check-in after 21h available upon request; extra charges may apply. For your convenience, we offer an automated check-in system. There is no reception desk in the building, so it is very important that we receive your arrival time and flight number in advance to avoid delays at check-in.
CHECK-OUT:Departure before 11:00 AM.
TAXES AND ADDITIONAL FEES:The following taxes and fees, not included in the total price, must be paid no later than check-in:
Tourist tax:Rate per person per night for up to 7 nights: 9.50€(10.50€ from April 1, 2027). Children under 17 years old are exempt.
LONG STAY bookings (29+ days):Utility consumption (electricity, water, gas, WiFi) is included in the rental price up to 150€/month. If, at the end of the contract, the actual consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from the deposit.
HOUSERULES:
Pets are not allowed
No smoking, no parties or events allowed at the property
This apartment is located in a residential neighborhood community.
We expect guests to respect at all times the quiet hours (22hrs - 10hrs), the atmosphere and the common areas of the building.
We ask you to turn off the lights when leaving the apartment.
Please rationalize the use of the heating and A/C systems and turn them off when leaving the apartment.
Please leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.
We kindly ask you to wash the dishes and empty the trash cans. Garbage bags are to be disposed in the street garbage containers.
For your security, we recommend locking the apartment door at all times. The host is not responsible for the objects that can be removed from the apartment.
Before leaving the apartment, please make sure to take the apartment keys with you and special care must be taken not to leave the key in the lock, since in this case the door cannot be opened from the outside. In case of forgetting the keys inside the apartment or loss, a surcharge will apply.
