Enjoy a sunny escape to Mimizan for your next holiday! Our comfortable 44m2 duplex apartment is conveniently located only 800m from the beach and the shops. Spend wonderful days on the beach or discover the scenic surroundings - There's something for everyone! After a wonderful day outside, enjoy a delicious meal at a local waterfront restaurant or whip up a tasty meal in your kitchenette. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. There is one bedroom with 1 Double bed and another bedroom with either 2 Single beds or 1 Bunk bed. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. There's a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC. Please note that bedroom and bathroom linen is not provided but is available to rent on-site for an additional charge.

After a wonderful day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite show on the TV, available for an additional charge. You can connect with friends and family back home using the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, a set of hotplates, a fridge, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Le Domaine des Dunes where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared outdoor pool (open during the summer), the shared indoor pool, the on-site sauna, the fitness room, the free kids club (from July to August), and board game rentals. If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with parking available on-site.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully-refundable damage deposit of €350 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €65 - €100.

A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive. At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. You will have access to all amenities advertised!

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Restaurant Ô Courant, a 4-minute drive away. Pick up some groceries at the Marché Ouvert, a 15-minute walk away. Soak up some sun on Plage des Ailes, a lovely beach just 5 minutes away by car!
