Boca Chica 30 - Penthouse : Pool and Sea View
Our apartment is located 1 minute from the beach
and the famous Duarte, near restaurants, bars, nightclubs,
but in a very safe location and residential
from the terrace you can see the sea
The location is right next to the beach of Hotel Hamaca
Buses to the capital (30 minutes by EXPRESS bus) can stop 1 minute from the residence..
Various public transport options.
The double bedroom is small but nice, with wardrobe and air conditioning
central fan in the lounge
The apartment is very bright and naturally ventilated
The living room has a double sofa bed and the kitchen area is very large and comfortable
The entire apartment has blackout curtains that serve to maintain privacy.
There are several supermarkets nearby. The largest is OLE, and is located a 10 minute walk from the house
