Loft Aurispa 143, on the ground floor, once a religious theater, is characterized by its high ceilings and elegant design. The large windows overlook the papyrus fountain, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere. The furnishings combine modern design elements with Sicilian touches, using natural materials and warm colors. The open-plan living area includes a large sofa, an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, etc.), and a dining area with a wooden table. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study area. The sofa bed offers an additional option for guests. The apartment is equipped with 3 smart TVs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
The apartment overlooks an Arab courtyard with fountains, lush plants, and Sicilian majolica tiles. An outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Guests have access to the hydromassage pool shared with the other 5 flats of the building and has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
