On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room provides a welcoming communal space with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto the terrace. A second bedroom features 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm in length, also with terrace access. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and likewise connects to the terrace. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall leads to 4 additional bedrooms. The first upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm mattresses and measuring 190 cm in length, with access to the terrace. The second bedroom on this level offers 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with terrace access. The third bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed of 2 x 80 cm and 190 cm in length, opening onto a balcony of 6 m2.
