The Space:
This luxury Tuscany villa rental is made up of a large stone villa, dependence and adjacent annex where guests will find a large jacuzzi set under wooden beamed ceilings with large, wide windows to make the most of the panoramic views.

Inside, the main house is immaculately presented with antique 'cotto' floors, beamed ceilings and large fireplaces. Beautiful antique furniture is cleverly positioned alongside modern design pieces to create a warm and welcoming space. Guests will feel like they are stepping into a well loved and cared for family home. This luxury Tuscany villa rental has a real heart and soul to it.

On the ground floor of this luxury Tuscany villa rental there is a contemporary, well equipped professional kitchen. Moving through the property, there is an extremely spacious living and dining room which has been cleverly divided into different areas with formal dining table seating up to 20 for mealtimes, relaxed seating where you can relax and enjoy each others company and a desk area for those that can't avoid having to work during their stay.

There are nine bedrooms in total in this luxury Tuscany villa rental, seven in the main villa and two in the adjacent dependence. One of the bedrooms in the main house enjoys direct access to the garden and can accommodate a wheelchair. All the bedrooms are equipped with 22 inch full HD TV and can boast their own ensuite shower room. Two of the bedrooms have a double as well as a single bed if required, whilst seven of the rooms can be laid out as either twin or double rooms. There is not one but two master bedrooms, both of which have a stunning four poster bed.

A floor heating and cooling system ensures that the property stays warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer. Please note that, when required, heating is charged at 700 euros per week.

Outside, the gardens at this luxury Tuscany villa rental are immaculately tended with extensive lawns dotted with flower beds filled with shrubs and herbs. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a gazebo furnished with outdoor sofas and chairs, whilst sat above this is a more formal table and chairs for al fresco dining. An outdoor brick oven is perfect for cooking meats or pizzas and there is also a BBQ.

Additional charges payable locally include the local tourist taxes of 2 euros per person per night. Also payable on arrival is a security deposit of 1500 euros in cash which is refunded in full on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.

A complimentary 2 hour daily cleaning service will be provided for guests. This involves the making of beds to ensure guests can relax and enjoy their stay as much as possible.
