Relaxing Florida Home nearby Ocean and Paley Institute!
Florida Home in Gated Community. Eat in kitchen, dining room and living room open and airy floor plan overlooking the backyard pool and pond. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Master bedroom has New King size bed, mattress and bedroom set with a view and access to backyard pool. Master bathroom has large tub, separate shower stall, two sink vanity and walk in closet. Second bedroom has New Queen size mattress and bedroom furniture. Second bath has shower stall. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, desk and small table top TV. A relaxing pool with great views of the pond. The Club House has a large heated pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, handball, basketball courts and playground. In addition there is an exercise room that has free weights and cardio-machines. Our house comes with two bikes, 3 beach chairs, umbrella. 6 large beach towels. Sheets and linens are fully furnished.
Paley Institute Families are Welcomed! The home is located in a safe gated community only 8 miles away. Please ask about special rates for Paley Families only! Please contact owner before booking. (Refundable HOA fee applies)

We love this area and this house as it has created memories with family and friend. The fact that the beach front was preserved for all visitors makes this area the best kept secret in Florida. We would love to be down here more ourselves but jobs and family does not make it possible at this time. Therefore we open our house to those who are lucky enough to escape the cold winter up North.
Why they chose this property
We have vacationed in many parts of Florida. But we have always been drawn back to this well planned opened area of Jupiter Florida. Here we not only have easy access to the beaches , along with many walking and biking trails in the area protected from over development.Walk or ride your bike to the beach or drive your car because there is free public parking. Where else can you park on the road and have unobstructed views of the ocean!!!
What makes this property unique
While the area combines beautiful beaches, entertainment and fine restaurants, once back at the house you are in a beautiful, quiet gated community. Our house leads to relaxation and rest after a full day.
