QUIET RESIDENTIAL, a short walk to all of the city center has to offer. The best flexible bed set up, doubles, or singles in all 4 bedrooms YOU CHOOSE.
Guests will have access to 2 FREE CAR PARK SPACES = 1 free secure underground parking space & 1 free visitors street parking pass.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, HUGE lounge & dining area.
Underfloor heating throughout (plus wall heaters), modern kitchen with all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal that is perfect for any amateur chef, HUGE open-plan living/dining space to have breakfast at the dining table for 8 guests or relax and watch a movie or live sport or world TV or box sets on the comfortable sofas or take a break with a complimentary cappuccino/espresso coffee.
After a great day of sightseeing/shopping, the balcony is a perfect spot to reflect on the day while enjoying a drink in the afternoon sun with views of the Cathedral.
The fully fitted kitchen, with espresso coffee machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, breakfast bar + stools, with all dishes and utensils supplied for you budding amateur chefs.
Towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, ironing facilities, as well as welcome pack in the kitchen containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits.
Guests will have access to a free secure indoor parking space.

1. Noise Policy; Mindful of friends and neighbors as the apartment is a quiet residential building.
Minut noise monitor installed in the apartment (https://www.minut.com/).
Minut helps protect from parties, noise complaints, numbers of people in apartment, damage & intruders. Records noise levels in dB's (NOT A VOICE RECORDER).
If the noise level is excessive an alarm will be triggered in the apartment, if the noise is not reduced we get an automatic message and we will contact guests.
2. No groups under 25 years old. NO hen or stag or party groups or parties in the apartment allowed, if you are a party group or have a party we will cancel your booking.
3. Inform us of any changes to arrival time on the day, we can meet you earlier or later if you let us know.
4. For a late evening check-in extra cost of £40. This covers a Taxi home for Kieran as the public transport under or over the Mersey River does not operate 24hrs.
5. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, thanks.
6. Be mindful this is a residential apartment, therefore when entering and leaving do so quietly thanks.
7. The apartment has very good soundproofing, but if patio doors are open or you are lounging on the balcony then there is no soundproofing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so this needs respecting, and keeping the stereo/music low is a must when you have patio doors open, thanks.
8. But don't forget the most important thing, make your selves at home and enjoy your stay in Liverpool, see you soon.
