This charming house is set in the heart of La Zenia and Cabo Roig, on the beautiful community of Zenia Golf 4. It is only a 3-minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig Strip (with all the amenities including bars and restaurants) and a 10-minute walk to the Blue Flag award winning beach of Cabo Roig (La Caleta). The beach has its own beach bar and restaurant which are open 365 days a year. The famous Zenia Boulevard (Orihuela Costa’s largest shopping centre) is only 5-minute taxi drive or 20-minute walk from the house. If you use a taxi to the Boulevard, the taxi price ranges from 4 euros to 6 euros (around £3.30 - £5).
This fully air-conditioned holiday home has cold & hot functions, but you are unlikely to need the heating as the weather is warm throughout the year. There is a ceiling fan that is operated with a remote control in the downstairs bedroom. The house features a terrace and a balcony with pool views. Guests have access to a choice of two stunning communal pools with well-maintained beautiful mature gardens. Perfect for guests with mobility issues as there is a downstairs bedroom with a full bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and even a toastie machine and all the necessities. A flat-screen TV is provided in the living area and unlimited Wi-Fi including 5G comes at no extra cost.
This area is popular for golfing (nearest golf courses include Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas), you can also go horse-riding, diving, jet skiing, boating, cycling, walking and many more activities.
The nearest airport is Murcia-San Javier Airport, 20 minutes' drive and Alicante Airport can be reached in around 45 minutes' drive.
Families particularly like this location due to all amenities being at a stone’s throw.

The house is wonderful! Everything is as per the listing and everything you could ever need for stay is there. Communication with the owners and the keyholder was very easy. The check in process was very easy, and smooth. The house was very clean and tidy. It's steps away from one of the two pools available at the complex and most of all it was quiet. It's no more than 5 minutes walk to all of the restaurants and bars that Cabo Roig has to offer and the beach (flat, calm and sandy) was around 10 minutes walk. We rented a car and found street parking just outside the gate to the complex no problem at all. The area is nice and close to plenty of places to visit. All in all we had a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Beautiful place and great vacation

Perfect house to enjoy your summer vacation. We have the best time ever and we love the house. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day and the neighbours were great. The house was very clean and nice and it was very close to the Strip where all the restaurants and bars are located. Perfect place for the family.

We booked the property for our family to come visit which included our grandson who has a prosthetic leg. Therefore location to the pool and amenities as well as ground floor bedroom was a must for us, which this property offered. Unfortunately, that's where the greatness ended. Before our stay, the property hadn't been occupied for several weeks and could have done with a refresh and airing out. On closer inspection, this place needed a DEEP CLEAN. Ceiling fans "caked" with dust, cooker hood thick with grease, oven needed cleaning, the list goes on. Not a single bed had matching bedding and when I checked the bottom sheet on the double, it was sweat stained and even had pen marks on it. Having taken a look inside the living room AC unit, it was a health hazard, the filter had not been cleaned and there was even evidence of black mold inside, I told my family NOT to use this. On a safety issue, the smoke detectors were down on the side, without batteries in them. Overall, this property could be a real gem but a major overall is needed including new furniture and mattresses and a lick of paint! This rental was expensive compared to similar properties in the area and so at this price point extremely dissatisfied

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect holiday destination all year round. We often go in winter and you will find temperature's around 21c to 30c. The beach is open all year round including the beach bar and restaurant. We don't have a car and you will soon find that you don't need one, everything you need is minute's walk away, bars, restaurants, beach, shops etc.
Plenty of taxis if you want to explore and reasonable prices.
