Charming wooden house with amazing view, overlooking Pitsidia and Komos beach up to the white mountains. This property is eco friendly. It has photovoltaic electricity installation. It also has themes form the Cretan culture. It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room- kitchen area it offers space for 6 and more guests. The huge veranda invites you for breakfast, relaxing afternoons, family dinners and wonderful evenings with sunsets and a light breeze.


Perfect for families, friends and small groups who want to enjoy the South Crete with natural beaches, traditional villages and the privacy of a holiday house.


Villa Sofita can accommodate 6 people and more in a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the open layout of the house. A large living room - dining - kitchen area opens up a lot of space, the high ceilings and the gallery give the house the lightness, so that you feel comfortable from the first moment.


The house is surrounded by a garden that gives you privacy and also space for children to play. On the huge veranda you can relax and spend your time in the shade, enjoying the great view over Pitsidia, the beach Komos and on to the white mountains. The large table invites you to eat, but also offers enough space for a game night or just an impressive sunset. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed, one on the ground floor and one in the gallery, where the gallery still has a small balcony, where you can also enjoy the great view. The children's room with bunk beds is located on the ground floor and has a baby bed, but you can also put in the bedroom of the parents. The kitchen is fully equipped.


In the garden there are sun beds, a large stone oven for pizza and a barbeque.
