The Space:
The apartment boasts a bright, spacious interior finished to a high standard, featuring modern fixtures, stylish furnishings, and ample space for up to 5 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light, enhancing the open and airy feel.

The open-plan living area includes a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for home cooking, a cosy sofa, and a smart TV for your entertainment. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate an additional guest upon request before arrival, for a small extra fee (please select 5 guests when booking). High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment.

Both double bedrooms offer generous storage, full-length windows, and plush double beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. There are two modern bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a shower and bath—each equipped with a toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and soft, fluffy towels for your comfort.

There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking).

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
