Guarded internal parking, playground and tennis court and 5-a-side football for common use are always included in the rate.

The rate also includes the "swimming pool" and "Private Beach" service (from mid May to mid September). The restaurant is active in the area of ​​the property (from mid May to mid September). Location with many green spaces available.

The holiday home is inside the 4-star San Matteo Resort Tourist Village, 200 meters from the beach of the Mattinata Bay.

Guests can have access to all the common areas of the Resort, including the swimming pool, private beach, secure internal parking, playground, as well as use the restaurant and bar service with à la carte menu.

On request, spectacular guided excursions are organized every week such as the walk on Monte Saraceno (in about 3 hours) and the boat trip to the wonderful caves along the coast (always in about 3 hours). Bikes are available for free.

Internal restaurant (from May to September) with excellent cuisine and outdoor service in the garden. Private beach with bar and restaurant (open for lunch and dinner) for intimate dinners by the sea ... We are in the heart of the Gargano National Park, near the sea, close to the Mattinata Bay beach, one of the 4 beaches of Mattinata del Gargano . The urban center is 1.5 km away, about half an hour by car you can visit Monte Sant'angelo and San Giovanni Rotondo.

Mattinata (urban center) is well connected with Foggia and can be reached from the Resort either on foot or by public transport or by bike. Mario (the brother-in-law of the host) is always ready to guide you on excursions among the colors and scents of the Gargano National Park, on ridges overlooking the sea and breathtaking views.

The stay includes from May to September the Private Beach Service (with an umbrella and two sun loungers) and the swimming pool with use of sun loungers. The only supplements to be paid locally are euro 50.00 (one-off) for the "Final cleaning" service and the Tourist Tax of euro 2.50 per person (over 10 years).

Possibility within the Resort to use Club services such as Breakfast, Lunch and / or Dinner with special formulas and prices.

From the Resort we organize on request different activities and fantastic experiences on the Territory, such as hiking on Monte Saraceno, with spectacular views, as well as boat trips to the picturesque sea caves, spectacular excursions in Kaiak along the coast, all with stunning scenery. From the property are easily reached in less than an hour by car, Vieste, San Giovanni Rotondo, Monte Sant'angelo.
