Koukaki is your neighbourhood if you want to be in a hip area filled with coffee shops, restaurants and bars, have the historical centre and other points of interest nearby and have easy access to any means of public transport.

You can’t be more in the center of “what’s happening” than here. You will be next to the Acropolis and Plaka area which means that you can do everything on foot. Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality.

In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.
