Unbeatable Acropolis | Elegant 2-Bedroom Apartment on Areopagitou

L'appartement est entiÚrement rénové et meublé, décoré de façon moderne et entiÚrement équipé. Une trÚs grande collection de superbes peintures et dessins recouvre les murs de chaque piÚce. Des appareils photo anciens, des statues étranges de Cyclades à la CrÚte sont combinés harmonieusement et vous donnent un goût final sucré.

Il y a 2 chambres spacieuses avec lits doubles, 1 salle de bain et 1 WC. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec four, réfrigérateur avec congélateur. Couverts, vaisselle et casseroles, bouilloire, cafetiÚre, grille-pain et lave-vaisselle. Vous apprécierez votre café gratuit pendant votre séjour. De plus, l'appartement est entiÚrement climatisé.


Bien sûr, les lits sont déjà confectionnés, avec des draps repassés de marque Coco-Mat de premiÚre qualité. De plus, il y a des serviettes propres pour chacun d'entre vous.

Just as described. Lots of room, couch was so comfortable, even for sleeping, a/c was so refreshing, view/area is spectacular, very quiet, the hidden rooftop was priceless. The communication with rental manager was great, even setup airport transfers so everything was taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

George is a gem

First and foremost, George could not have been more friendly, helpful or a better communicator. He responded quickly to all my emailed questions, arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport (the driver, Visilis, was wonderful!) and was kind and generous. Many, many thanks to him! The apartment was fine, clearly a property rental and not someone's apartment so a bit sterile, but functional and comfortable. Unfortunately, this apartment, in a quiet residential neighborhood with cafés close by, is far from everything one goes to Athens to see. We had to take a taxi to get anywhere and also to come back. Happily, taxis are easy to hail and not expensive, but returning during the day meant 4 taxis per day, which added up. George manages other apartments in the city. I would choose one that's within walking distance of the important sites. But you can have confidence in what he says and the taxis he arranges for you. He's the kind of man you would want to have as a friend.

Fantastisk ophold i Athen

Feriebolig er nÞjagtigt som beskrevet i annoncen pÄ hjemmesiden: udsigt til Acropolis, tÊt pÄ Acropolis Museum, fine restauranter i Plaka distriktet og ikke mindst kunst i lejligheden: malerier og skulpturer, som giver indtryk som om at man bor i kunstmuseum. Jeg vil ogsÄ rose sengen som var ekstremt komfortabel. VÊrten var nemt at kontakte og har hjulpet at arrangere transfer fra og til lufthavn. Jeg vil sikkert booke ferieboligen igen.

Great Location!!

This property is in a great location! Literally next door to Acropolis Museum, across from the Colosseum and a very short walk to the famous ruins. Very clean and secure building . Short walk to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this property. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

Location, Location, Location!!! Easy to walk everywhere - 1 min to the Acropolis entry (slopes). Restaurants galore, Shopping at Ermou St, Monastriaki Markets. All within walking distance. George was a pleasure to deal with before, during, and after my stay at the apartment. Would definitely stay again. Can not recommend high enough.

It doesn't get better than this!

The property is on a walking street with immediate access to the Acropolis. The location and view are unbeatable as well as the bedding and HOT water for a relaxing bath after walking all day. I felt like I was staying in a museum and loved every moment.

Excellent location for Acropolis

This property is the perfect location to see the Acropolis and the Archaeological Museum. Just steps away. Beautiful and safe neighborhood with plenty of eateries nearby. The only thing is that it tends to be noisy at night as people walk by on the main thoroughfare in front of the house and along the side street too.George is easy to work with and offers to arrange for pickup and dropoff to airport for additional charge. The home is lovely and the washing machine worked out very well for us.

Close to the gods

Bourgeois chic comfortable appartment at the foot of the Acropolis. Although it is a 10 minutes (slow !) walk to the Akropolis Metro Station, Plaka and its numerous bistros and wine bars, the appartment and its surroundings are very quiet as there are no cars allowed on the street where the building is situated. The appartment is large enough for a family, the bed was very comfortable and air conditionning system efficient. Lots of brand new pots and pans. Supermarkets two blocks away. We recommend that you take the transfer offered by George from and to the airport as the airport is far from the city (40 mi) and the chauffeurs were very nice with lots of tips that may facilitate your stay. But then, what is there more to wish for when you are so close to the home of the goddess Athina and that you can see the moon rising over the Herode Atticus theater ?

Le grand point fort de cet appartement est son emplacement exceptionnel, dans un joli quartier calme, juste en face de l’Acropole et qui permet d’accĂ©der Ă  tous les quartiers d’AthĂšnes Ă  pied. La dĂ©co correspond bien aux photos, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits trĂšs confortables. Un petit bĂ©mol pour l’équipement mĂ©nager plutĂŽt sommaire, mais c’est vraiment secondaire par rapport Ă  tous les atouts de cette location. Avec un si bon rapport qualitĂ© - prix, je recommande vivement cette location !

La propiedad es muy amplia y con una extraordinaria y artĂ­stica decoraciĂłn. Su localizaciĂłn es inmejorable, enfrente de la Acropolis y a unos pasos del Museo. La atenciĂłn por el personal del dueño fue puntual y amable. El Ășnico problema menor es que tuvimos dos apagones por sobrecarga de energĂ­a pero que el personal nos indico como resolverlo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, especialmente por su buena relaciĂłn costo/beneficio.

Perfect location

The apt is located on a pedestrian street, right next to Acropolis museum. Two minutes from Acropolis metro station (easy to reach airport and Paerus). Street is animated (in a good way), but windows block put all noise. View of acropolis from living room sofa. A/C for hot summer nights. Can prepare basic meals in kitchen. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We recommend Little Tree Book and Coffee for evening glass of wine with locals. Hitckcocktail Bar for late night drinks. Two metro stations away: Galaxy restaurant on rooftop of Hilton Hotel for fancy dinner with view of Athens and acropolis.
