Penthouse with front row sea views

Wake up to stunning sea views stretching across the bay to St Michael's Mount. With Penzance town centre to your right and the beach to your left this beautiful spacious apartment is in the perfect location. Great local pubs and harbourside cafes are just a short walk, or take a stroll along the beach or cycle path to St Michaels Mount. The train station is minutes away where you can take a stunning train ride to St Ives.
*Please specify kingsize or twin room upon booking for the second bedroom.

The space
With front row sea views of Mounts Bay, and a private balcony, this stunning 2-bedroom property provides spacious accommodation for four people.

The spectacular views from the master bedroom and the open plan living room are all you need for a relaxing stay.

Private gated parking is available. However you can leave the car behind as it is a short walk from the train (4 minutes) and bus stations, so you can explore the whole of West Cornwall by public transport. It is also just a short walk to the Isles of Scilly ferry.

There are two bedrooms:
- Master bedroom (bedroom with King size bed overlooking the sea)
- Twin room (bedroom with two single beds or a Super king bed) please state preference on booking, default is a Super king.

The living room has a smart TV (You will need to sign into your own Netflix/ Prime accounts) and DVD player and broadband is available throughout.

Guest access
The whole flat is available to you, including secure parking with gated access at the back of the property.

Other things to note
Children to be supervised on the balcony.

Access to the property is via one and a half flights of stairs or take the lift and avoid all steps.

We are currently updating the property. We now have laminate floors in the living room and kitchen and new grey carpets in the bedrooms. We also have a new kitchen this year. Pictures will be updated end of March 2022 when work is complete.

All that it should have been
Ratings say it all. When had boiler problem contacted Emma and between us quickly resolved it (was just low water pressure common at this time of year); Only one minor thing was that at end of week (which was glorious weather wise) tried to put heating on a wet and damp night for 1 hour, but thermostat kept switching itself back to 7deg after about 5 minutes each time. Not sure why, but would have been issue in colder weather! But overall, just what I needed and all I wanted
