Located in the quiet village of Klein-Nienhagen, the property sits between Ostseebad Kühlungsborn (16 km) and Satow (5 km). The area is child-friendly and close to a farm with horses, cats, ducks, and chickens, just 100 meters away. In nearby seaside resorts like Kühlungsborn and Rerik, families can enjoy sandy beaches, jetties, playgrounds, and cozy restaurants. Satow also offers convenient shopping.
The cozy 3-room apartment has a private entrance and includes a hallway, staircase, a bright living/sleeping area with bay windows and balcony access, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, an attic room for children, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
