Nicht empfehlenswert !

Ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll! Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe! Die Straße ist die letzten 2 km nicht befahrbar! Und es befindet sich nichts in Unmittelbarer Umgebung ! Die Anfahrt sollte abends vermieden werden ! In der Dunkelheit herrschen dort sehr schlechte Lichtverhältnisse! Die Unterkunft war nicht besonders sauber. Zudem befanden sich dort sehr viele Insekten, besonders Mücken sowie Bremsen. An der wand befanden sich mehrere Tausendfüssler, sowie 2 Skorpione! Das schlimmste war das Trinkwasser STINKT ! Man konnte weder duschen noch Zähneputze, geschweige denn Essen machen ! Der Pool war TRÜB und SCHMUTZIG, trotz mehrere Aufforderung wurde diese nicht gereinigt, es war kein Chlor im Pool, wir haben dies geprüft ! Ich würde diese Unterkunft vermeiden ! Wir sind 2 Tage vorher abgereist weil es für uns unerträglich war !

Erwartungen übertroffen

Sehr ruhig, abgeschieden und bestens geeignet sich zu erholen. Der Pool hat ein Gefühl von Luxus vermittelt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Mehrere Möglichkeiten, um das Haus herum zu sitzen, liegen, essen, sich aufzuhalten. WLAN funktioniert gut. Und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und vertrauensvoll. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Fint och välskött, utsikten från huset var helt fantastisk. Poolen var fin och det fanns solstolar till alla. Var tyvärr väldigt långt till allt vilket vi inte riktigt hade förstått. Fick använda bilen till allt och dålig väg att ta sig dit.

Geweldig mooie accommodatie! De ligging, het uitzicht, alles eromheen. De eigenaresse is zo lief, spreekt geen Engels, maar zonder Italiaans te spreken kwamen wij een heel eind. Ze doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Voor onze dochter van 1,5 was het een grote speeltuin. Een speelhuisje (groot!), schommel, zandbak, trampoline en dan alle dieren die er zijn vond ze geweldig. Enja, dan genieten wij mee natuurlijk. Het zwembad wordt goed bijgehouden, heel fijn om te vertoeven. Er waren handdoeken aanwezig, een gedekt campingbedje voor onze dochter, een föhn. Het appartement zag er netjes uit, schoon en alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Na jaren Italie al veel mooie plekjes gezien, maar deze keer stond San Marino op het lijstje. Aan te bevelen! Erg mooi om gezien te hebben. Ook klein stadje Pennabili is heerlijk Italiaans.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen met een heerlijke taart, wij hadden de bovenverdieping en die was erg leuk en sfeervol, op het moment dat wij er waren was het erg koud en de normale verwarming werkte niet dus moest er verwarmt worden met elektrische ventilatorkacheltjes wat dus niet werkte, ook de openhaard was geen optie i.v.m. Rookvorming in het appartement, gaandeweg de week werd het gelukkig warmer weer en waren de kacheltjes niet meer zo nodig, de beheerders waren erg behulpzaam en we werden een aantal morgens verrast met verse eieren.De omgeving is prachtig en nodigt erg uit voor mooie wandelingen, wel is het zo dat je altijd voor boodschappen e.d. toch wel ff in de auto moet zitten.Maar alles met alles een aanrader

Je zit letterlijk op een boerderij, de kippen lopen vrij rond, er zitten 6 honden, paarden, koeien. Dus redelijk veel animo overdag en s’ nachts. De weg naar de accommodatie is slecht, best is om over een 4x4 te beschikken, en het is moeilijk om te vinden. Gelukkig is de eigenaar ons onderweg komen oppikken! Het appartement is net en mooi ingericht en beschikt over het nodige comfort. In de buurt is echter niets! Een bakker en winkeltje op 4 km en verder moet je bijna 60km rijden voor een “grotere” winkel, maar dan ben je wel 2 uur onderweg, gezien de kleine en slechte wegen. Voor natuur, dieren en rust moet je zeker hier zijn.

Het ontvangst was fantastisch, de hostes en haar man zijn zo vriendelijk, ze staan altijd voor je klaar! Ze laten je alles van het boerderijleven zien, onze kinderen vonden het geweldig. De poezen eten geven. Eieren rapen in het kippenhok. De honden aaien. De paarden voeren en de kalfjes zien drinken bij hun moeder. De hostes praat geen Engels, maar met Google translate kwamen we een heel eind, ze doet echt haar best. Ze hebben er 2 appartementen, wij zaten boven. Een mooi schoon appartement met alle nodige luxe. Het zwembad is top, schoon, ze hebben er handdoeken en een geweldig uitzicht. Het is een mooi aangelegd complex waar echt over nagedacht is. De ligging van het zwembad, plekjes om rustig te zitten, de speeltuin voor de kinderen en bovenal de rust van de omgeving. 1 aandachtspuntje is de weg er naartoe, belvilla had keurig aangegeven dat de laatse 1500 meter onverhard was, maar we hadden dit toch onderschat. Het is echt een ruige weg met grote losse stenen met hier en daar een stevige hellingshoek. Desondanks zouden we zeker nog eens terug gaan!
