Holiday home located in a very attractive area by Ebeltoft, with all opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. Here is a short distance to popular bathing beach as well as the forest which invites to many good walks. If you are looking for a little more speed, you will also find good mountain bike trails in the immediate area. In the cottage there is an open kitchen / family room, so the family can gather for cooking and cosiness in the living room. There are three bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with a nice view of the area. The plot is large with plenty of space for games, play and fun in the garden and on the terrace. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
