Great property

Great location near the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the local supermarket. Possible to walk into Malaga centre. Great patio balcony with lovely view. Nice communal pool too.

Nearly great!

The location is the best thing about the property, fantastic area of Malaga with the beach on the doorstep and loads of great restaurants. Unfortunately the apartment has a few faults, the air con didn’t work meaning mozzies were a problem at night. A few other little issues which could easily be resolved would make it a great home. We did enjoy our stay but this was mainly because of the location.

We expected better for the price.

This is a very well located, modern appartement in a newer and safe building.We liked: The size of the apartment and the terrasse.The garage with the reserved parking spot.We were disappointed by:The place has seen a lot of traffic. Dirty walls and living room furniture.No hot water for half our stay. They responded and sent someone over but wasn’t fixed.There were small ants that appeared in the bathroom after a few days.

The location is superb, walking distance to the beach and public transit. The checkin and payment process is very inefficienct, requires 3rd party website registration and filling out too much detail repeatedly and stuff to advance to next steps to finally get to the access code. , if they just use VRBO for payment and checkin it would be much smoother. Also would recommend deeper cleaning as there were too many dust bunnies.The best part of it is the terrace with a cool breeze and Georgia views.
