The shared roof terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book or just to relax at sunset.

This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach.
Free, unnumbered parking space right in front of the house.
The heart of the historic center and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.
