Comfortable apartment located in the building of the ancient Fuscaldese spinning mill, rich in history and traditions, at the beginning of the historic center, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment is on the ground floor, easily accessible from the road and is ideal for our four-legged friends. A stone's throw from the supermarket, pizzeria and sports center, it enjoys a breathtaking view.

It has a breathtaking view of the coast from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets of a thousand colors.

Nearby you will find one of the best pizzerias in the area, the sports facility and the supermarket.
