A very pleasant farm house, rural and free on the owner's horse farm in a lovely area. Nearby is Västersjön with both swimming and fishing opportunities. A perfect accommodation for a couple or a small family. From here you are close to all destinations on the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. The farmhouse is located near the owner's farm but has its own entrance and a large spacious balcony with views of beautiful nature. From the entrance you enter a small hall and there is a large bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen is tasteful and well equipped with a wood stove. The living room is partly open up in the nock. There is a section with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove and a modern TV with viasat's channel selection. The second part has a dining area and a sofa bed for two people. From here you have access to a spacious, lovely balcony with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Some that have a large dining table screened off and under roof. Here you can enjoy both morning coffee and nice barbecue evenings with a lovely view. From the living room, a staircase leads up to a spacious sleeping loft with a double bed. The large lawn in front of the cottage has space for all the family's activities. The owner has a horse farm and in the courtyard the hens stroll peacefully pecking. Eggs for breakfast, no problem. In the area there are nice walking paths and bike paths. A short drive away is Västersjön. Here are several larger publicbathing areas, the closest is Ljungabolets bathing area. Västersjön has a good fish stock of pike, pikeperch, perch, tench, bream and eel. Fishing license is required. Here you can also rent a boat. Just north of Munka Ljungby is the salmon staircase, an exciting destination by the Rössjöholm River. Just across Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen's ski resort in winter and cycling downhill in summer. At Kungsbygget you can go summer toboding. A short drive away you have Ängelholm's beautiful town with small, cozy shops, the beautiful homestead park and its long beach. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla Peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and hidden gems. A short drive away you have Ängelholm's beautiful town with nice shops, the beautiful homestead park and its long beach. For those interested in golf, Ängelholms GK is only a short drive away.
