Cet appartement lumineux fraßchement rénové est situé au troisiÚme étage d'un palais à deux pas de Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio.

Il se trouve dans une position stratĂ©gique : en seulement 7 minutes Ă  pied, on atteint la gare de trains Santa Lucia, en 10 minutes le majestueux Pont du Rialto. Les arrĂȘts de vaporetto les plus proches sont Riva de Biasio ou San Stae.

Pour plus de confort pendant votre séjour, l'appartement est équipé d'un accÚs internet Wi-Fi, du chauffage, de la climatisation, de la télévision, d'un sÚche-cheveux, en plus de tous les appareils électroménagers utiles en cuisine.

Great!

We loved staying here! The only thing to note is that it’s about a 10 minute walk from the train and 15 from where you can pick up taxis to/from the airport. It’s a very nice place with an especially large shower compared to the other places in Italy that we’ve stayed. We loved it!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location (less touristy, but still close to everything). The outdoor space overlooking the Venetian roofs and the bell tower was amazing, and having air conditioning was a wonderful perk. The apartment was clean and lovely. Highly recommend.

Great apartment, plenty of room for family of 4, great walkable location from train station as well as St Marks Basilica. Found an amazing Sicilian restaurant Bacaretto Bistrott II Sicliano very close! Great stay, easy to find good communication with the host!

Modern apartment in Sante Croce!

Lovely bright, clean apartment with ease to get to many locales within Venice. Lots of steps to get up to it. Nice rooftop views from balcony. Obviously this unit has been renovated as everything is modern. Restaurants, grocery store, bakery and enoteca within 5 minutes. Had a great time, would stay here again.

Awesome place!

The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect because it was close enough to things, but was still peaceful and not too touristy. My favorite part was the balcony view!

Check-in was great, Marina met us at the property and was super helpful. She provided timely and complete text communication to help us with the apartment, travel, and local restaurants. This property includes the Venice tax in the payment, this was easier than some other properties which require you to pay in cash the day of arrival. This property provided soaps, air conditioning was more than ample. The property was very clean. The only challenge was it was on the 3rd floor and carrying up suitcases is not for the faint of heart. Overall, I would have no concerns with recommending this property and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing flat in great location

Amazing location!

An absolutely amazing location which is close to everything. Chiara made check in so easy which we appreciated. Plenty of room for the four of us. It is up a couple flights of stairs if that’s an issue but it wasn’t at all for us.

Great, Short Stay!

The place was very clean when we arrived and we loved our short (24 hour) stay here. There were a LOT of stairs getting up to the place so be prepared to carry your luggage. It is a short distance from the market and about a 12 minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The host was accommodating and let us store our luggage early before check in. Thank you!

The appartment is really nice and comfotable. The surrounding is excellent - you have a very nice bakery just around the corner and also a supermarket . The shower in the bathroom was not very comfortable because the temperature changes every time ... the rest was perfect!

Feel Like Locals in Venice

This was the perfect apartment in Venice. Ideal location that was a quick walk from the train station and all the main tourist attractions, but far enough away that the area was quiet and charming. We loved the nearby square that had plenty of good restaurants, bars, cafes, and even a market. The apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and spacious, and the view from the balcony will take your breath away. The check in process was very smooth, and the team was very communicative and reached out several days before check in to arrange a time to meet. They were very responsive in answering any questions we had. We would stay here again in a heart beat if we come back to Venice!

Grandads Trip With Granddaughters

This was my first trip away with just the granddaughters. Apartment was great, location the same so no complaints at all. The information brochure was accurate and helpful Small thing, water is shower ran cold during use and heating needed to be set from thermostat. I also run properties for rent in Cyprus and maybe suggest a small welcome pack especially for late arrivals like tea, milk, sugar etc, its a nice touch! Best Regards, Kevin
