Wonderful house with new kitchen in beautiful nature and close to activities

In one of Skåne's most attractive areas, close to Sweden's longest beach, and a short drive from southern Sweden's best hike and mountainbike trails on Hallandsåsen / Vallåsen, is this lovely cottage with great standard and a new modern fully equiped kitchen from winter 2024.

The cottage is perfect for couples and families who appreciate comfortable living in a scenic area. Here there are activities such as hiking, skiing, swimming in the sea and pool, biking or just relaxing one of the generous terraces in a sunny or shady location.

In the house you will find a welcoming hallway with larger wardrobe. A smaller laundry room with modern laundry machine and dryer increases the comfort of your stay. Down the hall you find the first bedroom (ca. 14m2) with a bunk bed and 3 wardrobes.

The bathroom is compact but very modern and it has a toilet, sink, shower and towel heater.

The living room has a large sofa, two easy chairs with feet rests, a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a TV with Chromecast, and a good selection of national and international channels.

There is an light and modern (2024) fully equiped open kitchen with oven, induction stove, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and more.

The second bedroom (ca.15m2) has a kingsize bed (180x200) from fall 2024 with two single duvets and a collection of different size pillows to choose from. The room is directly adjacent to the living room, with a sliding door. A double door gives direct access to the large terrace on the south.

The inviting south terrace has a dining table, four chairs, two sun chairs and a gas-grill. The east terrace (2024) provides a calm and more shady corner overlooking trees. It has a comfortable dining set, & umbrella.

Deciduous forest dominates relaxing nature in the vicinity of the house. The western lake (Västersjö) is less than 2 km away (a 7min car risken). There are both swimming and fishing opportunities as well as boat rentals. In about 15-25 minutes by car you can easily reach wonderful places like Båstad, Vejbystrand, Mellbystrand and Ängelholm.

The rental includes access to the area's larger community solar heated pool, children's pool, sauna, table tennis table, tennis court and playground. The pool is open during the summer season. All this within walking distance (5 minutes).

The area is a bit hilly and ideal for sporty cyclists and mountain bikers. In winter, there is a good opportunity for snow. Cross country skiing and smaller slalom piste are on 20-30 minute drive on the opposite side of the mountain. Even event park Kungsbygget is on an 25 minute drive easy accessible and great fun for all ages!

The house is located about 150 m above sea level.

The garden is mostly grass and some trees. A green boarder between neighbor gives good privacy. The area is quiet and calm. There is a good chance you will see deer walking by in the garden or the area.

On the parking lot in front of the house there is space for three cars. There is currently no possibility to load electrical vehicles yet.

The owners have acquired this house in 2022 and it has fiber internet.

The house is heated by an inverter which also can be used as an air conditioner in the summer.

Note that the electricity is not included and usage needs to be paid afterwards. Rates differ due to market rates. Final cleaning can be ordered latest a month before arrival. In case of shorter notice, only after agreement with the owner. The final cleaning fee is 150€. Linen and towels are not included.

As owners, we are proud of all our properties and do everything make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We kindly ask you to leave the house and garden, in a better shape then when you found it. Cleaning equipement and materials are available in the house.
Please let us know within 24 hours if your find anything that is not in order when you arrive.

Help us taking care of the environment and reduce heating/cooling when leaving the property.
Be conscious about water usage. Respect the local surroundings and rules. Sort your garbage and put them in the designated bins. Recycling stations can also be found in Hjärnarp and Ängelholm.
