House with sea view, river access near Soufrière

Superb house, near the soufrière, in the middle of a tropical garden in edge of river.
In this green setting you will have two double bedrooms with shower room, toilet and large closet,
A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction and gas hob, electric oven, juicer, Nespresso..... coffee maker).
A large living room largely open to the outside giving access to the large suspended terrace allowing you to enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and its sunsets.
The terrace has tables, chairs, an outdoor bed, a lounge and two deckchairs to enjoy the panorama.
Upstairs is the mezzanine with its reading corner, the sofa to enjoy the television (Netflix) and a desk facing the same view as the terrace.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and a wifi connection.


The house is an invitation to rest and relaxation.
The large terrace allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea in any weather.
Its furniture will allow you to enjoy it at any time of the day: nap on the outdoor bed or on the deckchairs, meals around the table, during an aperitif, reading time in the living room.

The tropical garden invites you to walk around and discover endemic plants such as orchids, bromeliads, bougainvilleas, coffee trees, banana trees, litchis...... (so that everyone can enjoy this vegetation, no sampling is allowed)

The fauna is not of rest. Indeed, you could have the opportunity to see iguanas or racoons in the garden.
More frequently, insects will be present.
You will be visited by banana weevils (harmless beetles with a random flight), ravets (a kind of cockroach without being considered here as an unsanitary space),
Spiders will protect you from mosquitoes which they make their meal. Finally, the only insect to be feared is the scolopendre whose bite is painful but not dangerous. To avoid their visit, the house is regularly treated.
The end of the day will be lulled by the song of the frogs giving this so particular atmosphere to the Caribbean evenings.
The proximity of the river gives a charming background noise, but it does not allow to welcome children under 12 years old.
Indeed the access cannot be secured.
The house is intended for people looking for calm and serenity.
The neighborhood is calm, of a certain age, which guarantees the quietness of your stay, for that parties are forbidden.
