Villa Tranquilla is a large villa located right on beautiful Plaka Beach. The villa has been designed with large groups in mind with the ability to host up to 17 people. It has 6 bedrooms each with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is an open floor plan with large living room and kitchen and TV room, guest bathroom and laundry. The villa has an extensive outdoor patio with lounge, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, large dining table, jacuzzi and private pool.

Villa Tranquilla has 3 floors with two bedrooms on each floor.

The ground floor has two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, large living room and kitchen area, and a half bathroom for guests. This floor opens up to a spacious patio where you will find an outdoor kitchen and dining area, couches, private pool and deck, beautiful garden, outdoor shower, and jacuzzi. One person can sleep on sofa in living room if needed.

The basement floor has two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, TV Room with large sofa where 2 people can sleep if larger group, large open area capable of holding a bunkbed and office area. There are also a private storage room and a laundry room.

The top floor has two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and balconies. The balconies provide a fantastic frontal view of the Sea and Plaka Beach and beautiful rear view of the hills and valley.

We have organized the outdoor areas and garden to be versatile and fit the diverse needs of our guests with sunbeds, shady sitting and dining/kitchen areas, private pool and deck, jacuzzi, extensive garden, outdoor shower, lounging couches, and a fantastic view of the Sea and Plaka Beach which is just a few steps away (approx. 150M).

DURING OFF SEASON (November to April) heated jacuzzi is optional for a daily fee. Heated pool also option in spring and fall months - Euro 100/day extra.

We had a group of 10 adults (5 couples) and loved the outdoor space and location this property offered. Would stay here again, the perfect space for a large group!

Of all the places I stayed in Greece, this was my favorite. Roomy, modern villa that very comfortably provided lodging for all of my guests. Nice beach just a two minute walk from the property. Plenty of great amenities. Would gladly recommend to anybody visiting Naxos.

Family trip to anacos

We were we were 2 families traveling together, but all the kids are adults too, except for one child and one teen. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for this group! The outdoor space is spectacular and walk to the beach was great. It has a beautiful, ready kitchen and a washer and dryer! We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

My family of 8 stayed at this villa and we loved every bit of it! It was spotless when we arrived and everything worked flawlessly. The views from the main bedrooms were stunning and the outdoor table area and pool were perfection. The air conditioning was strong and we certainly tested it with the summer heat. The proximity to the pristine beach at Plaka could not be beat. Within 5 minutes we were sitting at an organized beach and were close enough to come back to the house for lunch. I must mention that the house manager, Matthaios was really lovely as well - he was quick to respond to any needs via txt and accommodated us with a last minute pickup from the airport before opening the house for us. All in all I can't recommend this property highly enough. All of us had such a wonderful time!

Beautiful House in an Amazing Location

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. There were 12 of us across three families and we all thought the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The indoor living spaces were a bit small for all of us to congregate, but we spent most of our time in the pool or in the shade on the back patio. We loved the location. It was a short walk to an amazing beach, though be prepared for some nudity if you aren't familiar with European beaches. We loved that there was a mix of open beach (no services) and areas with cabanas and food/drink service very near by. The property manager was very helpful and attentive in our preparations.

Fantastic villa for a big group

Fabulous villa, great location, close to beach, awesome outdoor living spaces. Wonderful place for a big group - we were 14 and most had our own double rooms and bathrooms - downstairs lounge beds a bit hard and no aircon there - aircon in all the normal bedrooms though. Only negative - Cleaning could have been a bit better. Naxos Bus Transfer was excellent for transfers to and from port as well as 4 hour island tour for 19 of us with a guide. Great half day out. Recommend both the villa and tour people for your stay.

Beautiful views and amazing amenities

The family loved the outdoor space. We had four families that really enjoyed spending time together. The downstairs space housed the grandkids and even gave them their own bathroom and living room with television. The adults shared the main floor with two bedrooms and the top floor with two bedrooms. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and an additional guest bath in the main gathering room. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook; even an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen had a table with six stools and a table outside that had six seats. We loved the outdoor space. Heated pool (cost extra to heat), jacuzzi, kitchen, tables, lounge chairs, etc. Very nice space for everyone to gather together. Renting a car was a good decision. The restaurants are about a mile away on a small dirt road that would not be safe to walk on at night. The beach access is a walk down a side dirt road that takes about 10 minutes. Thankfully, we went during the quiet season and did not have to share this road with any cars. The beach is amazing! There is a rock ledge all along the beach, but we were able to walk down to the right and get away from the rocks. Everyone enjoyed the beach from kids to adults. There are waves, so it's better suited for older kids. Our grandkids favorite was the walk on the boardwalk to Agia Anna Beach. At the end of the boardwark, there are huge rocks that they enjoyed playing on. The fishing village and small chapel are a great photo spot.

It’s Greece near the beach. What’s not to love

Place was as described the house itself sleeps 10-12 max people comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well. Main area is pretty small. We were a group of 10 and what made it work was the outside eating area. Has it been raining or weather challenging, this house would not have worked. Overall, we loved our stay, But would definitely provide a few disclaimers for the price tag. Absolutely must have a couple of cars particularly if you’re a large group. This is not walkable to very much and unless you want to spend all day at the beach, you will need transportation. Absolutely no shading by the pool or outside deck; we ate late so that helps.No beach umbrellas provided of any sorts and that was a bit of a challenge. The beach is the nude part of Plaka, for us was fine but for some maybe an FYI is needed. We had to drive all trash out five minutes down the road to public trash bins. We noticed neighboring houses had outside trash cans. If you want peace and quiet, this is a great location. If you’re looking for a little bit more walkability beach front restaurants and store then 15 minutes to the right is where you want to be. House comes with very little Other than basic cooking items so be prepared to bring your own or buy everything when you get there if you plan on cooking or drive to restaurants. Washer was not very efficient and dryer did not work well at all. Overall, we loved it. We were in Greece and had a fabulous time.

What a perfect setting for an intimate retreat in Naxos at Villa Tranquilla! Everything about the house came as advertised. The house was very clean and up to date. Matthiaos was the perfect host greeting us and providing a tour of the house once we arrived. He was beyond gracious, offering us rides if we so needed and stopping over to bring clean towels and emptying our trash whenever we needed The proximity to the beach is such a bonus for this house. It's a rocks through from the end of Plaka Beach. If you're looking for privacy away from the beach bars and a bit busier sections of Plaka, then this area is perfect. There's a great local restaurant walking distance where you can find reasonably priced homemade food called Maistrali. Nothing fancy whatsoever but it's everything you'd imagine from a family run Greek restaurant in Greece! We very much enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi and the large deck space for lunch, dinner, sunsets and our daily yoga sessions. We utilized the pillows for more cushioning during yoga which helped with a hard surface I would recommend a car rental or atv if you're looking to get a few things from a local supermarket or the local bakery down the street. Lagogiannis makes incredible pastries and coffee., a short walk or quick atv ride away. They do get backed up with limited work staff yet the quality is worth the wait. I would certainly come back to Villa Tranquilla for another stay in Naxos with a group! Our group of 11 people slept comfortably in the 6 bedrooms. Each room had it's own bathroom for privacy which I thought was a nice touch for privacy!

Beautiful Beach Stay

We loved our week at Villa Tranquilla. Plenty of room for our group of 13. The outdoor area was amazing. We used the hot tub daily. Walking distance to the beach and driving distance to beach chairs with ocean-side food service. We got lucky with beautiful weather the last week in October. Things were starting to close down but the weather was so perfect…sunny with a light breeze and there were no crowds at all. We loved it!
