Gli Iris Apartments - Casa Verde by Wonderful Italy

Country-style apartment, located on the slopes of Mount Etna, in Linguaglossa, one of the most famous locations for its ski lifts and for the start of many hiking trails in the park of the famous volcano.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a countryside house, surrounded by a garden which hosts the typical vegetation of volcanic areas. The entrance opens onto the living room, enriched by vaulted ceilings with arches with exposed stones. The furnishing is simple and cozy and features a comfortable sofa, a console table with a TV on top of it, a wooden dining table and an open-plan kitchen fitted with all the necessary cooking tools and a microwave.
The bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with a queen-size bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a curtain shower completes the accommodation. Free wifi and heating are available for the guests.

Linguaglossa is a town on the slopes of Mount Etna: located on the north side of the volcano, it is famous for the ski lifts that allow you to practice snow sports in the colder months. In ancient times, the snow represented an alternative source of income: collected and stored in the snow houses, it was sold in the summer in Catania for the production of slushes. All over the year it is possible to go hiking along the many trails in Etna Park. Not to be missed is a stroll in the town center which has been enriched with murals that tell the story of Linguaglossa and Sicily in general. The surrounding area is renowned for the wine, the hazelnuts and a series of handicraft products, whose production techniques are handed down from generation to generation.
