Lovely house

The house was spotless, swimming pool was lovely. It was about 10 minutes direct walk to beach. There was an Eroski approx 7 mins walk away. We had a lovely family stay and the house had everything needed. We would love to return so would highly recommend.

Lovely family holiday

Modern property, everything you need for a family holiday. 10 min walk to sea front with shops, bars and restaurants. Easy bus service L352 into Alcudia/Pollensa. Jeroni is a great host. Responds very quickly. Will go again thank you

Majorcan villa

The property was very well maintained and well equipped. It was very comfortable and the type of villa we like. Our only criticisms were there was no toilet in the downstairs shower room having been taken out to make room for a sauna, meaning anybody used the down stairs bedroom had no toilet nearby, and no mirrors in the two twin bedrooms. Other than these points, it was a great villa.

Villa Picafort

Lovely villa in nice area of Can Picafort.Swimming pool is a nice size and there are plenty of sun loungers.Villa is clean but there were signs of wear and tear in several areas. The beds in the twin rooms are very uncomfortable and not suitable for adults. Very little furniture in the bedrooms and no mirrors in any rooms. The basement shower had a broken door and the jets for the shower were thick with limescale. When the shower was in use it caused a nasty sewerage smell to come up from all the drains in the villa.Good sized kitchen with good facilities. On the whole we had a good stay but there is room for improvement and some updating is required. The villa is more suited to 2 adults with children. Good communication with the owner.

Hello dear guest; Thank you for your comments; they help us optimize your stay. The limescale in the showers is checked at every entrance and exit, although in Mallorca we have a serious limescale problem in the water supplied by the city. The wastewater flow in each room is also checked with a plunger. There are three mirrors in each bathroom and another in the master bedroom. The furniture is sufficient for its purpose, although it's true that the house has a minimalist feel and is free of unnecessary embellishments. We will take your suggestions into account for future stays. Thank you very much for your stay and your comments. Hola querido huesped; Gracias por los comentarios; eso nos ayuda a optimizar la estancia. La cal en las duchas se revisa en cada entrada y salida, si bien en Mallorca tenemos un fuerte problema de cal en las aguas proporcionadas por el agua de ciudad. También se revisa con desatascador el flujo de aguas resuiduales en cada estancia. Espejos hay uno en cada baño (3) y otro en la habitación princial. Los muebles son suficientes para la labor que tienen, si bien es cierto que la casa tiene un sentido minimalista y exento de adornos superfluos. Muchas gracias por la estancia y tus comentarios.

Decent Villa for stay. A lot of stairs, need to be carefull with kids, very slipery beside the pool on white tiles, need wear rubber nonslip shoes. Couple times kids cut toe fingers in the pool, but didnt find where. Villa manager show up couple times, to restart wifi router, but didnt understand for what reason, because we didnt asked. And next time to change somekind of part for washing machine. Barbecue was very bad, tried cook on it but its very bad condition. Overall 3 out 10 if traveling with kids.

Tolles Haus, super Lage!!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist wirklich tiptop...sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen..der Strand, Supermarkt und Shoppingmeile war super zu Fuss erreichbar. Da ich kein spanisch spreche hat die Kommunikation aber mit dem Besitzer super mit Google Translation geklappt! Er war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lieben Dank nochmal für alles Jeroni, wir kommen wieder!

Sauberkeit Top. Leider deutliche "Schwächen".

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die Anzahl an Handtüchern war hervorragend. Leider ist das Objekt schon ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen". Ärgerlich ist, dass die Sauna erst ab November genutzt werden kann. Der Whirlpool, der laut Beschreibung da sein soll, existiert nicht. Die Mikrowelle bedarf einiger Experimente, die Temperatureinstellung und Programme vom Backofen sind dünn mit Edding nachgemalt. Die Duschen funktionieren zum einen nicht mit allen Funktionen, zum anderen sind sie unansehnlich. Die Fenster/Schiebetüren im oberen Schlafzimmer schließen nicht dicht. Die Treppen und das Bad aus dem Nachbarhaus (Doppelhaus) sind bei Benutzung immer zu hören. Das ist nachts besonders unangenehm. Der Kescher für den Pool war ein "Kinderspielzeug" vom Strand (beim Nachbarhaus gab es einen richtigen Kescher). Der Schlüsseltresor für den Hausschlüssel ist vollkommen ausgeleiert. Die in der Homepage hinterlegte Adresse ist falsch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter beschränkt sich auf das Wesentliche. Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Ordner mit Hinweisen oder Anleitungen. Es gibt nur ein Blatt mit einem Hinweis, dass es deutsches Fernsehen gibt (haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden), Amazon Prime funktioniert nur mit extra Schlüssel (man sollte erwarten, dass dieser vor einer Anreise vom Eigentümer eingegeben oder mitgeteilt wird. Wir werden dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen. Die Bewertungen mit 10/10 sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Bellissimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è molto bello, e tenuto molto bene. Pulito ed ordinato abbiamo adorato i giorni passati a Maiorca. La piscina ed il terrazzo sono il punto forte. Letti molto comodi e c'erano asciugamani in abbondanza. Ringraziamo il proprietario per la bella esperienza.

Can picafort villa with pool

Amazing villa in perfect location. Spotlessly clean, modern, spacious and the pool in Picafort 1 is in the sun most of the day. Enjoyed the table football on the lower floor, walking to the beach (10 mins away on foot) to swim in the sea and the many local restaurants all within walking distance. We would recommend 'restaurant Monaco' for paella and steak and 'L'Incanto' for very reasonably priced pizzas and seafood tagliatelli. Alcudia well worth a visit as is Formentor. The host responds quickly (not that we had any problems) and greeted us as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend this villa and hope to return.

Family holiday

We have just returned from an 11 day holiday at this property. The apartment was incredibly spacious and well kitted out. The property was spotless and the welcome from Jeroni was excellent. There was a TV on 2 floors but access to English TV channels was limited. The pool and outdoor space was also really great. We stayed in property 1 which had the sun on the pool area for most of the day and evening.

Casa fantástica!

Una casa que tiene de todo y desde el primer día se empieza a disfrutar las vacaciones, el propietario excelente que está disponible con rapidez si llega a pasar algo. Seguramente vamos a volver alquilar esta casa ya que somos una familia que venimos a esta zona ya desde más de 20 años y esta vivienda es una de las mejores.
