The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid. Just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 127 m2 apartment for 12 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the third floor. The building has a lift that stops at each mezzanine, you will have to navigate some steps to reach your accommodation.

The apartment consists of 6 rooms, three of them with a 1.35 cm double bed and the other three with bunk beds, all the beds are dressed with their bedding and space to store your belongings.

You will find a living room and a large dining room.

The entire accommodation has hot/cold split air conditioning.

It has 3 bathrooms; a full bathroom, a shower and sink bathroom and another bathroom with a single toilet; bath gel and hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the beds.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 12 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
