Villa Joze - Beautiful Villa, ideal for families with children

The Villa Joze is a completely private holiday home, surrounded by green nature, overlooking a vineyard. Beautifully decorated with a lot of care, it will provide you with complete relaxation and tranquility.

Villa Joze It is located in the centre of Istria, which makes it close to all the beautiful small towns and beaches of Istria.

The shops, restaurants, bars, bank, gas station are all a few minutes drive away.

The beaches are 25 min away, both the western coast (with the romantic sunsets) and the eastern shore (with the most brilliant sea).

The complete interior is air conditioned. All the bedrooms have a view on the nature. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the appliances, spices and cutlery.

The large pool is in front of the dining terrace, where you can enjoy summer night dinners. The barbecue is near the terrace, and next to the pool there is a children's playground. The whole plot of as much as 1000 m2 is available for your use only.

Wonderful in every way

The villa is in a charming hamlet and just a few mins from supermarket, cafe and pizzeria. It’s really central for exploring all of istria. Fantastic villa for more than one family. Lots of space and great fun.

Bester Urlaub in Kroatien 😊

Einer der besten Urlaube in Kroatien! Wir sind jeden Tag zum Strand gefahren, konnten dadurch auch unterschiedliche Strände anfahren und die Schönheit des Landes genießen. Danke an unseren Gastgeber, der sehr schnell geantwortet hat. Das Haus ist mit mehr ausgestattet, als in der Beschreibung steht. Tolles Haus mit 3 Bädern und 4 Zimmern. Großer Pool und gut ausgestatteter Außenbereich. Die ganze Gruppe (9 Personen) war von dem Haus begeistert! Danke Tedi für die tolle Woche bei euch im Haus!

Superbe maison avec piscine privée au top

La maison offre de belles prestations: piscine, ping-pong, billard, fléchettes, literie très confortable, 3 salle de bains. Une maison très fournie pour de belles vacances avec les enfants. L’emplacement est au centre de la région Istrie, ce qui met les principales plages à 30km du village. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec sympathie et accompagné durant le séjour avec bienveillance. Toujours très disponible et réactif à nos demandes.

Wonderful holiday

7 of our family stayed at this villa and it’s the best layout we have stayed in. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my dad who can’t climb stairs. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size. Tedi was very welcoming and friendly and was very helpful recommending places to visit. We had a few rainy days but the pool table and table tennis helped keep us occupied, great if you have children. The local towns were very beautiful and everything we wanted to see was only half an hour from the villa so it’s a great location. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a great time.

Familienurlaub 3 Generationen

Alle 3 Generationen hatten einen entspannten und fröhlichen Urlaub auch Dank der angebotenen Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie Billardtisch, Dart und Tischtennis. Auch der Spielplatz von unserem kleinsten Familienmitglied (17 Monate) wurde super angenommen. Nur der Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können.

Alles Perfekt

Wir waren mit zwei Ehepaaren für zwei Wochen in Tomisici. In diesem Haus ist genügend Platz für alle: 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett. Auch die 3 Badezimmer, allesamt sehr groß, ließen keine Wünsche offen. Auch wenn man keine Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Gegend machen will, kann man sich auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück mit Tischtennis, baden, sonnen und vielem mehr die Zeit vertreiben. Der gut gewartete Pool lädt jederzeit zum Baden ein, Falls das Wetter einmal nicht mitspielt kann man sich auch gut im Haus aufhalten. Ein Pool-Billard steht ebenfalls zum Zeitvertreib zur Verfügung. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus.

Fantastic villa and perfect area for exploring Istria

This villa is great, it's perfect for large families or friends. Very spacious, spotless and has all the amenities you could need. The layout works really well especially for the children sharing the triple room. We had 4 adults 3 children (4, 5 and 10). The pool was lovely and cleaned with safe products for the children. Amazing Bbq area right by the pool so you can relax and keep an eye on the kids at the same time. The area is right in the middle so majority of attractions and the coast is all a 20 -30 minute drive. (Driving is super easy and roads are very quiet). Konzum and Plodine are big supermarkets about 15 minutes away and you can get a big shop for the week there. Tedi was really helpful and gave us all the information and recommendations for where to visit. We couldn't of asked for a nicer place to stay and will certainly be returning. X

Wunderschön

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in unserer Villa Joze. Das Objekt stimmte zu 100% mit der Beschreibung überein. Es war alles drin was man brauchte, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden wöchentlich gewechselt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, wir hatten für alle Ausflüge und die Strände ca 30 Minuten zu fahren und doch unsere Ruhe. Unser Vermieter Tedi war einfach klasse und sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas war oder wenn wir Holz Nachschub brauchten, ein ganz toller unaufdringlicher Vermieter. Da wir wg Corona an den Grenzen jeweils fast zwei Stunden warten mussten und mit 5 Stunden Verspätung ankamen, wurden wir von Tedi mit kalten Getränken begrüßt. Ein Lob auch an die Agentur, die bei Fragen und Problemen im Chat immer ansprechbar war. Wir werden ganz bestimmt unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder über diese Agentur buchen.

Sommerurlaub Juni 2019

Wir waren 2 Wochen über Pfingsten bei Tedi zu Gast. Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern angereist. Es waren zwei traumhafte Wochen für uns! Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten somit ausgiebig den Pool des Hauses nutzen :-) Über das Haus selber können wir nur positiv berichten. Alles war sauber und in einem gepflegtem Zustand. Wenn doch einmal irgendetwas nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit war, konnten wir Tedi eine Kurze Nachricht schicken und er hat es umgehend in Ordnung gebracht! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich wunderschön, wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen Örtchen Tomisici, zur nächsten Stadt sind es ca. 3KM. Dort gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Geldautomat, einen Super Metzger, Restaurants u.s.w). Alle diese Infos gibt Tedi aber auch bei der Ankunft (inkl. Super Geheimtips). Für uns steht jedenfalls fest, dass wir sicherlich nicht das letzte mal zu Gast waren.

Family vacation

As a family of five, we stayed at villa Joze for three weeks and we loved everything about it. The house is spacious, clean and kids-friendly. The pool is perfect and our kids loved the yard, the swings, and the Playhouse. Villa Joze is located in an extremely quiet area, yet very close to the highway leading to most of Istria. Tedi, the owner, was extremely helpful and provided with all the info concerning the area and its attractions on our first day there. Tedi was also responsive to all our requests and made sure we had everything we needed or during our stay. It was the perfect vacation and we would surely go back.

A Fantastic villa for families

Teddi's villa is perfect for a family holiday. 9 (5 children & 4 adults) of us stayed here and there was ample space for us all. The Villa itself is very well equipped and is spotlessly clean! The pool, children's play area, BBQ and outdoor dining area is perfect. Tomisicki itself is very peaceful and secluded. The local shops are 15 minutes away and the villa itself is situated perfectly for trips to the regions beaches, historic towns and amusement parks. We all had a fantastic time here and would return.

Einfach Klasse

Wir waren zu sechst im Mai 2017 eine Woche in Istrien und wohnten in der Villa Joze. Wir verbringen seit Jahrzehnten unsere Ferien in Urlaubshäusern, dieses Domizil war eines der Besten. Das Haus und das Grundstück erfüllt alle Erwartungen wie beschrieben und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung, der Pool, die schattige Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten haben uns einen entspannten Urlaub garantiert. Vielen Dank auch an die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Tedi Folo & Frau, Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr, begrüßten uns mit Erfrischungen und waren bei kleinen Problemchen sofort, hilfsbereit und freundlich zur Stelle. Danke für alles, wir waren nicht zum letzten mal hier. Der Urlaub war Perfekt, wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen !

Perfekt

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Da wir sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter hatten konnten wir auch den Pool nutzen .Vor allem unsere Kinder hatten damit sehr viel Spaß. Ansonsten gibt es für die Kinder auch noch eine Tischtennisplatte, 2 Schaukeln, eine Rutsche und ein kleines Baumhaus. Es gibt auch noch genügend Platz zum Federball oder Fussball spielen. Ausserdem haben wir sehr oft die tolle Outdoorküche genutzt und konnten jeden morgen auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, es gibt auch genügend Geschirr, Besteck und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein grosser offener Wohnraum mit Küche einem großen Esstisch, Wohnzimmer und einem Billiardtisch. Im 1. Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett und einem Einzelbett. Ausserdem gibt es noch 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC . Tedi ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Vielen Dank für alles, wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

TOP Urlaub bei TEDI

Das Haus ist absolut top, sauber und der Ort ist traumhaft, alles ist so wie beschrieben. Tedi ist absolut hilfsbereit (hatten zweimal Probleme mit den Autos) - war sofort zur Stelle, ist freundlich, zuvorkommend; ohne aufdringlich zu wirken, erklärt anhand einer karte wo was los ist (Essen, Strand, etc.) Wäschewechsel und Poolservice Top! Wollten gleich fürs nächste Jahr buchen; leider alles weg!! WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!!! Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug ins Aquacolors, Porec!!! Mike und Gefolge

Great Property in an Ideal Location

We have just spent a week in Croatia and chose this property mainly because of its central position. We were looking for a central property so that we could visit both coasts without having to travel too far. It did not disappoint. We were a family of 3 generations and the configuration of the property allowed us ample space for privacy if required. Facilities both inside and outside were excellent. The accommodation was very clean and up to date. Our children used the pool everyday and we used the BBQ for a couple of meals. Tedi, the owner, is a friendly Croatian and he provided us with maps and suggested places to go. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to discover all Istria has to offer. We highly recommend this property and would look forward to returning.

Besser kann mann sich nicht erholen

Eine perfekt ausgestatte Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort.6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder:16,12,10 und zwei Kekse zwischen 3 und 4.Mr.Tedi ist ein super Gastgeber.Ein Perfektionist durch und durch. Dabei aber niemals aufdringlich oder übermotiviert.Und trotzdem war immer alles erledigt.Dad Holz war immer aufgefüllt, der Pool stets sauber.Nach einer Woche wurden frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebracht. Auf einer Karte Istriens hat er uns alles aufgeschrieben was interessant sein könnte. Einfach toll.Es gab niemals ein Problem mit der Villa oder Tedi. Also lieber leser,wenn du einen ruhigen und völlig entspannen Urlaub suchst,bist du bei Tedi in der Villa Joze bestens aufgehoben. In diesem Sinne :Happy next Holidays Mfg Adrian.F

Ein hohes Maß an Gemütlichkeit und Luxus

Danke zu sagen wäre zu wenig........ Die Villa Joze eignet sich perfekt um in ruhiger und gemütlicher Atmosphäre einfach abzuschalten. Außerdem ist es Ideal für Familienurlaube mit Kindern. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig Aufgeteilt. Es gibt im Haus drei Bäder sowie Klimaanlage und Sat TV mit Dvd Player. Für ruhige Sommerabende steht die wunderschöne Terasse zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN einen wunderschönen Pool und eine tolle Aussicht. In die kleine urige Altstadt Zminj sind es gerademal 5 Autominuten. Dort zu finden sind 2 Minimärkte, Bäckereien und eine sehr gute Pizzaria. Kleiner Tipp: der etwas größere Minimarkt befindet sich hinter der Post! Die Strände in der Umgebung sind in Pula (ca. 20 Km) und Rovinj (ca. 15 Km). In Pula gibt es sehr viele und vor allem gute Restaurates sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Weg. Zweiter Tipp: Nutzen Sie die Grillstationen in Pula!!!! Über den Vermieter, Teddy Folo kann ich nur positives berichten. Einen zuvorkommenderen Menschen werden sie wohl kaum finden. (Schon am zweiten Urlaubstag hat mein Auto den Geist aufgegeben. Teddy hat sich um alles gekümmert und einen Kontakt zur Werkstätte in Rovinj hergestellt. Für seine Hilfe bin ich sehr dankbar.) Wir haben auch im nächsten Jahr vor unseren Urlaub bei ihm in der Villa Joze zu verbringen.
