Set in the bucolic countryside of Teuven, this 9-bedroom farmhouse offers a warm and rustic retreat for up to 24 guests. Ideal for large families, reunions, or group getaways, the home is located on a working farm with calves and horses, and features a large courtyard, private terrace, and shared garden with barbecue and play equipment.

Inside, you’ll find two fully equipped kitchens, a conservatory, and multiple living and dining areas. Entertainment includes WiFi, TVs, audio systems, a piano, and a ping pong table. The home is child-friendly and allows up to 2 pets (€8/pet/night).

Explore nearby towns like Liège, Maastricht, and Aachen, all within a 30-minute drive. The Dutch border is just a 20-minute walk, and Farmersgolf at Green Valley Farms is a fun local activity.

Lovely renovated barn, large living area and ample room in the bedrooms. Some things are dated, like the beds and shower facilities. Shelving in one of the bedrooms practically fell off the wall. The one thing that was a real nuisance were the flies - they were everywhere, all the time, in large numbers. Even with all doors and windows closed. Installing insect screens would be a massive improvement and would allow people to open doors and windows for some fresh air. Area is really nice, great walks and an ice cream automat within walking distance, as well as a pub and two fine restaurants at a few minutes' walking distance.

Die Unterkunft ist eine ausgebaute Scheune und liegt auf einem kleinen Bauernhof mit Ziegen.Die Zimmer und Etagen wurden demnach beim Innenausbau nachträglich eingebaut, wodurch alles ziemlich hellhörig ist.Sauberkeit war okay. Die Kissen und Decken hatten teilweise gelbe Flecken. Zu beachten ist auch, dass alle Doppelbetten mit Doppeldecken ausgestattet sind, sodass Bezüge im Übergröße mitzubringen sind. Hat bei uns nur geklappt, weil viele Kids noch mit Schlafsack schlafen und keine Einzeldecke gebraucht haben. Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen und 11 Kindern dort. Die Kinder konnten auf dem Gelände mit selbst mitgebrachten Fahrgeschäften oder dem vorhandenen Kettcar fahren. Der Ort ist klein. Eine Gelato Farm ist 5 Min mit dem Auto entfernt.Küche voll ausgestattet und alles in allem ist die Unterkunft für ein verlängertes Wochenende in einer großen Gruppe gut machbar.Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld schwierig. CheckIn und CheckOut auf Vertrauensbasis.

De lokatie en omgeving is erg mooi. Door geen vliegenramen waren er zeer veel muggen en nog meer vliegen. We konden het niet bijhouden met vliegen kloppen. Ook was ons kleinkind van nog geen 2 jaar had zeker 50 muggenbulten om 3 u tijd. De vele geiten is wel indrukwekkend. Er lag wel een dood geitje het hele weekend onafgedekt op de binnenplaats waar de kinderen speelden.

Il serait souhaitable de prévenir les locataires que la maison est envahie de moustiques … on n a pas compris ! Le bois à bois ne chauffe pas du tout …. Cheminée trop longue Il manque un peu de lumières au rez, surtout que 2 ampoules étaient défectueuses. Sinon endroit top, super bien équipé. Il faisait chaud quand nous sommes arrivés.
