Beautiful and well-kept apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the Los Mares urbanization. Its magnificent and spacious terraces with views of the pool and the sea stand out. It is located in a privileged place in Denia, just 200m from its best fine-sand beach (km 4 of the Carretera de las Marinas).
Very bright, modern, with large terrace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fully equipped. Very well-kept urbanization with underground parking, swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis court and green area. Great atmosphere, family and quiet. Close to all kinds of services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc). We will wait for you!
