The studio accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests and features 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is elegantly furnished and includes 1 sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a practical and comfortable sleeping arrangement for all guests. The studio comprises 1 bedroom space integrated within the open-plan layout. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. A fully equipped kitchenette is also part of the studio, featuring 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with filter capsules. The property also benefits from a 5 m2 balcony with a south-west facing position, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a beautiful view of the ocean.
