In the charming village of Prinos, in the well-known tourist destination of Rethymno, sits this stylish Crete property. The lovely location offers a range of vacation attractions, and this pet-friendly vacation rental is perfect for family and friends.

The Queen Bee`s living area is tastefully furnished and generously sized. It includes plush seats, a 55` HDTV/Smart TV, board games, a built-in fireplace, and air conditioning. The dining room is located next to the living area in the open-plan villa. Although there is additional seating that may be added from outside, this area is elegantly furnished with dining furniture for 8 guests.

Queen Bee boasts a contemporary kitchen that is open to the dining area and is furnished with a mixer, boiler, squeezer, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine, in addition to an oven, stove, dishwasher, freezer, and digital kitchen scale. Additionally, a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board are available, and cleaning services are provided every 3/4 days.

The Queen Bee has four double bedrooms that are tastefully furnished with modern furnishings and elegant color schemes, two of which also include a separate single bed. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, and three of them have balconies and ensuite bathrooms. There is a second private restroom as well. There are towels, toiletries, and bathrobes available.

The Villa offers its visitors a stunning outdoor entertainment space with a sizable swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a built-in gas grill, a chic dining area, and sitting by the pool. There is also table tennis available for guests to enjoy. The Queen Bee offers street parking.

The Villa is located in the picturesque town of Prinos, which is a part of Crete, Greece`s well-known resort area of Rethymno.
The vacation rental is conveniently located close to the Prinos beaches, eateries, and shops. Spilies Beach and Skaleta Beach are two well-known local beaches.

The Museum of Ancient Eleftherna lies 12 kilometers inland and roughly 15 kilometers from Prinos. The Rethymno Historical and Folklore Museum, the Fortezza citadel from the sixteenth century, the Venetian Harbor in the old town, and the Rethymno Lighthouse from the 1830s are just a few of the well-known eateries, shops, and tourist destinations that are located inside the city limits of Rethymno.

The General Hospital of Rethymno is 20 kilometers from the Queen Bee, while Kazantzakis International Airport Heraklion is the closest international airport at a distance of roughly 65 kilometers.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

Sustainability

-The villa only uses water-efficient toilets e.g. low-flow toilets, dual flush toilets
-All windows are double-glazed
-Offer tours and activities organized by local guides and businesses

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

10. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

11. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.
