No smoking.. Nestled in the quiet hamlet of Walpole Highway, this wonderful, spacious home welcomes guests and will delight larger families and friendship groups wishing to share quality time.

Casa Mia has been completely refurbished in 2023 to make that perfect holiday home. Boasting, five bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom offers a large super kingsize bed, with an en-suite shower room, and there is another delightful double bedroom. The modern family bathroom is also downstairs. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, a further double and then two single bedrooms. There is also a shared modern toilet and washroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen allowing dining at home. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional dining and makes a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The dining table is perfect for six adults to dine together in style. The spacious living room has large comfortable sofas and offers a great place to relax and enjoy good conversation and watch your favourite film or TV show. A fully enclosed private rear garden, laid to lawn, with a private patio area offering the opportunity to simply relax and enjoy al fresco dining.

In just over thirty minutes you will find yourself at the stunning Norfolk coastline. Explore the rolling dunes in Heacham, build a sandcastle, paddle along the shoreline or go wild swimming. Neighbouring is the seaside resort of Hunstanton, here you will find a wide, sandy beach and lots of traditional seaside attractions including a Sealife Centre. Travel further along the coast and discover salt and clay marshes and picturesque quays, such as Brancaster, Wells Next To the sea, Blakney, Sherringham to name but a few. If you enjoy history, the Royal Sandringham Estate, Holkham and Houghton Halls, Peckover House and the historic town of Kings Lynn, are all within easy reach. Nature lovers need to head to RSPB Snettisham and Welney Wetlands.

You will be very pleased to discover that there are lots of great places to eat in the area, many of which serve fresh seafood, and seasonal locally grown produce, the nearest being 1 mile away. The market town of Wisbech, 5 miles, has shops, supermarkets, plenty of eateries and many other leisure facilities. 7 Miles to the historic town of Kings Lynn, 7 Miles to the mainline railway station of Watlington, you are then 20 minutes from the Ely cathedral and 40 minutes from the historic city of Cambridge. Comfortable and relaxing family time.

A newly renovated property situated in a small village offering comfort and welcome for our family holiday. A spacious and well stocked kitchen with good amenities. The garden and patio area were perfect for evening drinks and dining with comfortable patio furniture. The house contained all we needed for an excellent week and is close to many attractions and within easy reach of beaches.
