Awesome Property

We appreciated the host meeting us and we followed her to the beautiful property atop of Ventimiglia! The road was a little daunting but everyone looks out for each other. The friendliness of the hosts was wonderful, we enjoyed the delicious goodies they provided us with - thank you! The views are unbeatable - we could sit there all day and marvel in the beauty. It was a absolutely perfect stay!

Beautiful views

A lovely charming Italian villa, with beautiful views of the sea and coast in both directions, including views of Monaco. Comfortable rooms, including one slightly seperate from the main house with it's own front door. The house is accessed via a relatively steep switchback road, so not ideal if you're looking to walk anywhere from the villa itself, but the views from the prominent position are worth it. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely relaxing covered veranda, where you can sit and enjoy the views with a meal or drink. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very welcoming, with a lovely selection of fresh food provided to greet us on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Superb view, amazing property and precious owner

Absolutely satisfied with this rental. Owners went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They had food and drinks available upon arrival. Supplies and A/C were great. The decor and the home were beautifully appointed. Excellent property location. Driving up and down the narrow road proved challenging at first but later you learn the Italian way of doing it. Some minor critiques include perhaps the front yard which could be better mowed and grass edges better trimmed. Also consider applying some mosquito repellent outside, or have some available in the house for guests. Other than that all was excellent. We appreciated the check in and check out support.

Great Vacation Rental

We arrived on a Friday which was not the best idea due to the well known Market in Ventimiglia. We met the property owner and were shown where the villa is located. When we arrived, there was a large selection of fruit, baked goods, lots of drinking water, Coke for the kids as well as sparkling wine and beer for the adults. The best warm welcome I have ever expierenced. The view is overwelming, towards Ventimiglia to the left, Menton and Monte-Carlo to the right, and in betweeen, nothing but the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. A great vacation for the entire family, that we will never forget. Thank you very much Stefania and Virginia. Your father built a fantastic villa, on an unbeatable location. I wish you and the rest of your family all the best. Once again, thank you for everything.

Ich habe in all meinen bisherigen Urlauben noch nie eine so saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft erlebt – absolut makellos!Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich: Es erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereitetes Essen inklusive Getränken, sodass wir nach der Ankunft nicht gleich einkaufen gehen mussten. Als besonderes Extra stand sogar ein wunderschöner Obstkorb für uns bereit.Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr schnell – man hat sich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Eine Unterkunft, die man nur weiterempfehlen kann – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön!

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war wirklich traumhaft schön! Wir wurden gleich zu beginn sehr herzlich empfangen und zum Haus begleitet. Dort standen dann schon etwas zu essen und Getränke bereit und es war wirklich alles da, was man so braucht. Mussten uns da echt um gar nichts kümmern. Die Aussicht über das Meer und bis nach Monte Carlo ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Und die Kids waren total begeistert von dem herrlichen Pool! Im Haus selber ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Alles ist so schön, so tolle Gastgeber, wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, die uns herzlich empfangen haben. Unser Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt, absolut sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für uns ein absolutes Traumhaus mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf das offene Meer und auf die Küstenlandschaften bis nach Monte Carlo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können unsere Gastgeber und ihr Ferienhaus mehr als weiterempfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank für alles!
