The place was plenty big for our group of 22. The gym was loud when people were playing basketball or other sports in it. The exercise equipment was kind of junky and the sauna did not work. Overall, beautiful place in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and the lake. No place to swim in the lake close by.

Really cool place!

A lot of stuff to do in this place, really cool spot to stay. Perfect location in the heart of downtown. The property manager was very friendly and attentive to fix and issues we had.

Our group had a memorable trip at the property. The host was a great communicator and was very accommodating when we had needs.There were a few things that we would've liked to know prior to visiting that weren't explicit or too detailed for the listing but were important to our group:We had 12 kids ages 0-12. The Stage Area Corner Lofted S was not conducive to young children since the lofted area didn't have any spindles on the railing. Also, the spiral staircase was very petite and rickety loud, so it was difficult to not wake kids or babies sleeping in that room. Similarly, we didn't realize until our stay that the Great Room Loft and Master beds were incredibly bright all night long. This isn't necessarily avoidable given the large windows in the space, but important to know for visitors.Communicated in advance, which we appreciated, was that the second basketball hoop was broken by the previous visitors. This did reduce the functionality of the gym space. The theatre space was incredible and very memorable for the whole group, but beware that the railing was only at hip-height for an adult. Again, children younger than, say 8, could not be unsupervised in the space.Despite the property being clean (the bathrooms and showers were pristine), the wood floors and carpet blackened the bottom of feet, so bring house shoes.Lastly, the kitchen was very well appointed. The ovens temp needed to be increased by 50-75 degrees extra to properly cook our food.

Renters can always call with questions; I try to answer as many as I can before they arrive if I have the answers. I don't cook at the property, so that information will be helpful. This space was perfect for our family of 19! The large auditorium/event space was great for all the kids from ages 3-23. They shot hoops, rode scooters, & played with the balls & toys provided plus the ones we brought. We watched World Cup matches on the large screen in the auditorium & watched the younger ones put on a show for us while sitting on couches in the balcony.The living space/kitchen was ideal for our large group. There were plenty of comfy couches for people to sit on while watching TV or playing games, plus long wooden tables & benches so we could all eat together. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, eating utensils, spices, etc. There was a large side by side fridge/freezer, double oven, dishwasher, small under-the-counter fridge, industrial sized grill, griddle, and stove making it easy to cook for a crowd, plus a TON of counter space! The rooftop space is a lovely respite if you don't mind sharing it with the noisy seagulls!This space is in a great location. Close to one of the ferries, the pier where our family attended a summer concert, and a few restaurants & coffee shops. There are a lot of vacant store fronts around, but it looks like the community is striving to make a renaissance. Climbing the many steps to this third floor space was well worth it! The mix of industrial, modern, & eclectic decor made for a fun, unique experience! Thank you for a great vacation!

The penthouse is a one of a kind place to stay in Sandusky.

Great place for a large group

We had a group of about 20 men for a bachelor party. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The home was huge and plenty of entertainment including decent night life & walking distance of the Jet Express.

Stayed here with a wrestling team and it was great! Tons of amenities and lots of fun for the kids. The rooftop deck had great views and very nice! Very well stocked kitchen and great cook stops for cooking for a crowd! Also when given the wrong code to get access the host reached out within minutes of sending a message! Sharon was prompt and got us taken care of. Best communication I’ve seen from a property manager/host.

Wedding bliss

We had a good time and were impressed with all of the amenities (popcorn and cotton candy machines-wow). Only complaint is that some of the beds were too soft.

Wonderful Family Gathering Place

We had our extended family gather for a wedding, and held a dinner in the space for everyone the evening before. It was wonderful! The space gave us room to spread out; the kitchen allows us to fix food for 40 folks; and the lack of elevator provided a great workout ;-). Honestly, we didn't mind the stairs, and overall had a great time!

Awesome place!

This is probably the most unique short term rental we’ve ever stayed in. The location is incredible. The basketball gym, upscale kitchen, roof top decks and all the bed and bathrooms were clean in great shape. There are so many nooks in this place that you can spread out as much as you want or it’s big enough to all be together. There is plenty to do in town and you can take shuttles to the outer islands easily or hit up cedar point. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Happy 55th and 60th couples trip

What a great property for 5 couples to stay in! Great location to local pubs and music on the pier. Easy access to Jet Express to Put in Bay. Family room fit all 10 of us to sit and have coffee together. Fun rooftop for sunset and view of the lake. 5th bedroom was small but worked for our group. Clean and comfortable. Guys loved having a basketball court! Huge kitchen!
