Nice apartment with terrace and solarium, in a residential village with swimming pool near Cugnana, a few km from Porto Rotondo.

The apartment, located on the first and last floor of the structure, features an independent entrance and a covered furnished terrace with a dining area overlooking the surrounding countryside. The terrace opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a television and a kitchenette complete with a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Finally, on the upper floor, accessible via external stairs, guests will enjoy the paved solarium furnished with deck chairs.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking space inside the property.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is less than a 20-minute drive from the accommodation, while for those arriving by boat to the island, the nearest ports are Golfo Aranci (17 minutes by car) and Olbia (13 minutes).
