SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

This is a super villa with lots of great space inside and outsidewe had a couple of issues which were resolved during our stay - for example there were only 7 sunbeds for our party of 8 and the outside area needed a bit of tlcThe location is out of the way and you either need a car or be happy to use taxisit would be a good addition to provide guests with some useful information about the local area as there is no information in the villa to help you find things out easily such as which taxi company to use, the names and details of the nearest supermarket, bus stops, bar and restaurant (there is only one bar and restaurant which are both a 20 minute walk) there is also a super bakery which needs promoting!We were a party of adults so could walk into the nearest village however there is no footpath and I would not have been happy to do this with children/a pushchairI would definitely recommend the villa to a large group as finding a villa with double beds all en-suite (4 out of the 5 bedrooms) is very difficult taking into account my comments above We love Corfu too and is only a 15 minute taxi ride

Great villa and service. Only criticisms would be the pool boundary which makes it easy to lose balls or pool toys over the side into the spare land which is difficult to access. Plus, the air con in the larger bedroom struggled to keep the room cool at night. But it was bearable.

Beautiful and spacious! The pool was clean and refreshing. The only issue we had was the location. We didn’t feel safe walking on the narrow road so taxis were needed. Wonderful villa.
