Welcome to our family holiday home in Vabriga. This is a sensitively restored 2 bedroom traditional Istrian stone farmhouse with private 8m x 4m pool, landscaped garden, patio, stone barbecue and roof terrace with sea view. The property is in the centre of a popular village within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The nearest sea is 2km from the house, with easy access to many other beaches for swimming and sunbathing. The small town of Tar with more shops and restaurants is a short walk away, and the lively town of Porec with its bustling restaurants, shops and nightlife is a short 15 minute drive away. The house is categorised as 3*** by the local authority.

Another brilliant holiday in Vabriga.

Returning for the fifth time to this lovely converted farmhouse in Vabriga. In the well-kept garden there is plenty of shade, if needed, and indoor it's cool. The pool is glorious on a hot day, very welcome for an early morning swim and so attractive lit up in the evenings.. If you are looking for peaceful and relaxing holiday this is the place to be. but if you are looking for a more active time there are many attractive places to visit not far away.. Bikes are available for hire, for the more energetic, in the next village of Tar and a selection of beaches are just a shortr bike or car- ride away. There are very friendly and pleasant restaurants within walking distance of the house and a good choice. just a short car ride away is Al Porto, en route to Novigrad, overlooking a beautiful bay with lovely sunsests. . It is our favourite at the moment.. A bit more expensive than the local ones but good. Wise to book if you want a table near the water's edge. If possible a sixth visit next year would be something great to look forward to. .

Fantastic place for a family holidays!

We enjoyed a lot our stay at this house (2 family including 5 kids)! Well placed (in a peaceful neighbourhood), it has almost everything you need to spend a relaxing stay for holidays. Thanks to the pool and the garden, you even don't need to go to the sea (our kids prefered to stay at the house!). The owner is very polite and nice. He answered quickly and thoroughly to all our questions! Furthermore, our early arrival and late leaving wasn't any problem for him!

Kids Loved It!

Property is lovely, and Istria is beautiful. We were actually pleasantly surprised by how much there is to entertain the kids in the surrounding area - from 2 new waterparks, DinoPark, horse riding, endless parks, water activities.... We will be back next year for certain.

fantastic property in a great location

a brilliant house with everything you could possibly need, location was perfect very quiet with a few bars/restaurants within strolling distance, we enjoyed the kiwi bar just a few minutes walk away with great food & drink, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anybody visiting the area we all had a fantastic time, thankyou.

Croatain Summer Dream

An old style converted farm house. We love this house and have spent four very special holidays here. It's not upper market but it's extremely comfortable and pleasant. Ideal for families with children and older folk alike. You can sunbathe by the pool but there are plenty of shady areas too The pool is not over big but a relaxing dip on a hot day is magic. A fantastic bbg is at the bottom of the garden and provides an opportunity for a fun evening. The local restaurants are all within walking distance and serve good food. There are a couple of lovely beaches about10 minutes car-ride away. For days out there are many interesting places to visit. I would recommend this place for a lovely summer holiday to anybody.

Vabriga villa

We found the villa to be absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The accommodation was ideal for our grown-up kids with three separate bedrooms. The villa has been tastefully converted from old farm buildings and the decor and facilities are of a very high standard. We particularly loved the big pool, the garden area with its shady terrace for outdoors eating and the stone built BBQ. The location was ideal as it's situated in a small village with a small store and local restaurants a short walk away and plenty of supermarkets within 5 -15 mins drive. We had driven all the way from Hertfordshire so appreciated a week of relaxation by the pool with visits to Porec, Rovinj and Pula. The sea is 20 minutes walk away and local beaches are about 15-20 mins by car. The villa is well maintained and clean and with the roof terrace we were always able to find a space for a quite read. Only downside was that the mosquiitos at night were a bit of a nuisance for some members of the family (while others got off 'bite-free'!). All in all a great place to spend a relaxing break and see the Istrian coast and countryside.

Sehr schönes romantisches Haus

Es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Das Örtchen ist wunderbar, das Meer unweit mit dem Auto oder auch in ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Würde wieder buchen!

Das Haus ist toll, auch der Pool ist super! Check in war unkompliziert. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Geschirrspülers und des Wasserkochers kann ich bemängeln. Den Fußballtisch aus der Beschreibung haben wir leider auch vermisst. Aber wie gesagt, dass Haus ist ein tolles istrisches Steinhaus mit einem super Pool. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt. Auch mit unserem Hund war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist. Ich würde wieder buchen!

Steinhaus mit Flair und genialem Pool und Aussenbereich

Die gute Nachricht zu erst... Das Objekt ist, vor allem drinnen, viel besser als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat Flair und viele, schöne Details. Der Aussenbereich spricht für sich... genial! Die Poolpflege kommt zweimal die Woche. Um die Wasserqualität braucht man sich nicht zu sorgen. Wir hatten leider keinen Zutritt zum separaten "Kuhstall" aufgrund unser geringen Personenanzahl. Haben wir auch nicht benötigt. Gute Kommunikation und vor Ort eine Verwalterin. Nicht so perfekt ist der direkt am Haus gelegene, öffentliche Parkplatz mit Fussballfeld. Das, und das tägliche Flutlicht des Fussballfeldes nach 21:30 Uhr, stören die Romantik im Garten doch erheblich. Des Weiteren wird die Zufahrt ganz gern mal von Gästen des direkt angrenzenden Restaurants "a Modo Mio" blockiert. Dann wird in dieser Gemeinde jeden! Tag kurz nach 06:00 Uhr morgens die Kirchenglocke geläutet, was uns das ausschlafen sehr erschwert hat. Kurz gesagt, sehr schönes Anwesen, wenn man sich dem Umfeld bewusst ist.

Wohlfühlen mit Flair

Nice house with great pool

Lovely Croatian house!! Nice swimmingpool only no cushions so beds are little bit hard. When we need help there was always good contact and there was help right away! When you like coffee, there is unfortunately no coffeemaker. Lovely house at a perfect location nearby a lot of beautiful places. Restaurants and bars nearby. We had a wonderful time! Erwartung übertroffen!

Wir waren zu sechst hier und leider nur übers Wochenende (viel zu kurz). Das Objekt war außen wie innen sehr sauber und der Pool und Außenbereich ist top gepflegt und wirklich schön. Das Grundstück liegt mitten im Ort, aber von außen ist es gut abgeschottet, man hat Privatsphäre. Im Haus sind vorallem die guten Klimaanlagen zu erwähnen. Ansonsten völlig ausreichend und alles intakt. Neben der Hofeinfahrt ist ein Restaurant. Wir haben uns Drinks an den Pool servieren lassen ;)

Es ist eine sehr schöne, kleine Unterkunft. Ideal für vier/fünf . Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Freundlicher Vermieter. Außenpool ist super! Tiefkühler, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschiene vorhanden. Lauter schöne Städte und Strände schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Tolles Reiseziel für einen Urlaub.

Wir kommen wieder

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich. Ich beneide Brian. Dies war unser 23ter Urlaub in der Ecke von Porec und das Haus belegt nun mit einem weiteren Domizil Platz 1. Vor allem wegen dem Aussenbereich. Der Pool ist eine Wucht und auch der tolle Grill wurde zu genüge genutzt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zweckdienlich und reicht aus. Wir waren so wie so nur zum schlafen im Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung sieht eh jeder anders und mir persönlich ist die immer absolut zweitrangig. Prima sind die Klimaanlagen in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Zu erwähnen ist, dass das Haus direkt neben einem Restaurant liegt, was aber der Sache keinen Abbruch tut, da es ein gehobeneres Restaurant mit sehr angenehmer und leiser Musik ist, welche auch erst abends zu hören war. Also wirklich prima. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und der Agentur war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Als uns einmal das Gas ausging wurde uns direkt geholfen. Wir werden versuchen wieder zu kommen. Reisezeit Sommer 2020

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit großem Pool. Was man aber wissen sollte das das Haus nicht abgelegen liegt, sondern direkt an einer Straße und von da aus einsichtig ist. Direkt am Objekt befindet sich eine Gaststätte. Wer damit Leben kann, so wie wir, der kann eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen, mit jeder Mänge Spaß am Pool und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in diverse benachbarte Städte/Orte.
