The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for couples or small families. On the ground level, you will find a welcoming living and dining area furnished with care and attention to detail, alongside an open kitchen that flows naturally into the living space. A separate WC is also available on this floor. A terrace exit leads directly to the outdoor areas, offering seamless access to the surrounding environment. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also houses a bathroom and a separate shower with WC, completing the 2 bathrooms available within the property.
