Ample Space and Versatility
This spacious apartment offers five bedrooms to accommodate your group comfortably. Two bedrooms have air conditioning and open directly onto the private garden—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For added convenience, there are two ensuite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a cozy single bedroom.

For larger groups or families, we've transformed a blind bedroom into a comfortable space with a sofa bed. It's a testament to our commitment to providing a delightful stay for all our guests. The Fragrant Garden Apartment is ideally suited for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 9 guests. If you require additional sleeping arrangements, one cot and one extra bed can be provided upon request.

The property boasts over 100 square meters of space and offers abundant natural light through three windows, found in two of the bedrooms and the living room. All these windows provide direct access to the beautiful 80-square-meter private garden, ensuring a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Apartment:
Enjoy exclusive use of the apartment, which includes five spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in comfortable surroundings and take advantage of modern amenities.

Private Garden:
The highlight of your stay! The private garden, measuring 80 square meters, is a delightful space for outdoor dining, relaxation, and creating precious memories with your family and friends. It's a serene retreat that is exclusively yours, where you can appreciate the peace and beauty of nature.

Barbecue Area:
If you're a barbecue enthusiast, we have a barbecue area ready to be used. Prepare delicious outdoor meals and enjoy laid-back moments.

Respectful Rest Hours:
We kindly ask our cherished guests to observe the designated quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.. This helps create a serene environment for all our visitors to relax and rejuvenate. Legal Quiet Hours: By law, noise disturbances are prohibited after 10 p.m.

Acoustic Enhancements:
Our historic building, constructed with wood, retains some of its charming quirks. While we've invested in various soundproofing improvements, such as the acoustic "Pladur" and rock wool, and an acoustic membrane "MAD" on the bedroom ceilings, please be aware that some minor noise may still be audible from upstairs. Rest assured, we've done our best to enhance your comfort.

In response to valuable feedback, we are delighted to announce improvements made in February 2024, through the installation of air conditioning for a cooler or heater and comfortable stay. Our commitment to excellence extends to your well-being, as we'll also be adding protective grids to keep any unwanted guests at bay.
