The property has 2 bedrooms, both offer plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
The living and dining area has been planned out beautifully, it’s an open plan area with a comfortable sofa, modern TV unit with international tv channels, and a dining table with chairs. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc.
This property has hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the entire property, and you can also access the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms via sliding doors.
The balcony is located just off the living room and has 2 chairs and a coffee table. The washing machine is in a utility closet on the balcony. Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable.
