Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been furnished with comfort and ease of use in mind: guests will find all the comforts, all the most modern appliances and plenty of space. The whole villa is air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and in the common areas and mosquito screens are provided. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a useful lounge/kitchenette perfect for preparing poolside meals without the need to go upstairs. All the rooms open via big patio doors onto a well-furnished terrace facing the pool and the gardens. The bedrooms on the ground floor are 2 doubles and 1 twin, all romantically furnished and particularly spacious. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, while the 2 further bedrooms share a large family bathroom with both a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. The upper floor houses the main living area together with a stunning suite with double bed and its own shower room. The huge living room (with fireplace) has plenty of sofas, armchairs as well as satellite TV (free channels), DVD player, music system. The surprisingly well equipped and well stocked kitchen has a breakfast bar as well as a dining table that can comfortably sit all the guests together. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine are available. Also on the upper floor all the rooms open straight to a front balcony overlooking the pool, the olive trees and the sea, with plenty of outdoor furniture to dine outside, relax or simply enjoy the views. There is also a side balcony, accessible from the lounge, well equipped with rattan sofas and coffee tables.

Also the exteriors of Villa Di Giovanni have been carefully designed to offer a unique holiday experience. The huge private pool (measuring 12m x 6m, depth 1m to 1.7m) has access both via Roman Steps and ladder. It is surrounded by stone-paved terraces perfect for sunbathing while enjoying the pleasant atmosphere and the views. The well-kept gardens with olive trees, coloured flowers and scented shrubs complement the setting. Eight comfortable sunbeds are provided, together with pool towels free of charge and parasols. As with the interiors, the pool patio and the terraces of Villa Di Giovanni have also been furnished with plenty of elements to provide superior comfort and wide choices to the guests: there is a barbecue, dining tables, outdoor sofas, a poolside shower and even a delightfully pretty wrought iron gazebo. Villa Di Giovanni has definitely all the ingredients and the character to guarantee an unforgettable holiday!

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of linen/towels twice a week are included in the rental rates.
