The Apartment:
This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family.
It features two spacious living rooms. One of them has a double sofa bed and also integrates the dining area, while the second living room stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa for sharing moments with the whole family.
It consists of four bedrooms divided as follows: the main one offers a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and also features a spacious loft accessible by stairs leading to a space specially designed for work; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; the third room offers a cosy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that in turn has a double bed ideal for small families wishing to share the space; whilst the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with toilet and shower tray perfect for privacy, and is also equipped with laundry appliances.
Furthermore, the apartment has an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have sufficient space for washing facilities.
For its part, the modern fully equipped kitchen features a luxurious island with a ceramic hob and a natural feature wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space.
This accommodation includes WIFI, a cot, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and 3 televisions (one in the living room and two in bedrooms).

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.

On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to motor vehicle traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
